I liked the balcony but there was mold developing on one of the dining chairs. The shower was filthy due to the bathroom window being opened. When I wiped the glass down after a shower, the towel was black. The entire apartment had a musty smell and the drain in the bathroom had a foul odor. I messaged Expedia on the first day of occupancy but never received a response. The reservation also did not stipulate where to obtain the key and I had to send a message. Nothing was ever said about the amenities or where they were located so they were never used. The washing machine needs servicing as there was a very loud noise during the agitation and spin cycles. The air conditioner is also very loud.

Staff was very friendly property and rooms clean!!! Great place to stay long term!!

This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, nice grounds with lots of walking paths. Very safe and there is a restaurant on the property, pool, gym and other great amenities. Excellent stay. My only word of advice is to make sure you have your reservation details ready when you arrive at the security gate. This is a gated community. We were given the apartment keys at the security gate. It wasn’t clear in the instructions after booking. But don’t let that stop you. We plan on staying here again.

Gréât location and the staff at the gate. Rom had everything except extra towells and cleaning liquids. Love to come again to stay in this property!

Room was clean. Staff was courteous. Bed was too firm for me. Money was worth the stay. I'll be going back.

Excellent apartment on a golf resort. 5 Star.

Although they are getting 5 star rating, don't be easy to sign up. The resort was and is amazing but getting in and out, traveling around was a bit difficult. Other than that they area is gorgeous and the stay is comfortable. This located on the very west point of Panama City, over the Bridge of the Americas whichena you have to time your travel into the city just right.

Room was spotless, front gate staff was really nice, loved the tiny gym on the main floor.
