mal x el aire acondicionado y no atender mi reclamación , el personal de recepción bien

It was ok for the price

Checking in...The receptionist .wasnt available.i had to wait..and she was rude.ignorant and actually said "you cant speak spanish so i can say what i like." She also gave me the wrong wifi several code a number of times. She snatched paperwork..and didnt like it when the behaviour was returned..please i encourage you to check the cctv. And this really did spoil what could have been most enjoyable stay. The young man on recepion when checki g out..very attentive.pleasant helpful and professional. Such a shame as i was to recommend other travellers i represent from edu community in uk. Whilst she is in your employ..this wont happen.
