Staff is great close to old town and conveniently close to tram.

Super helpful friendly staff, comfortable beds. Rooms were cleaned and good breakfast. Highly recommend

Amazing affordable option!

Loved this hotel! The location is just a block away from the HayMarket train station. The property is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. Our room was large and very comfortable. There is even a large selection of games in the lobby for the guests to use!

While well-located, the hotel lacks facilities and amenities like parking (even valet parking would be great). It's also very warm in the rooms, and we found the house-keeping staff did a subpar job. Good pizza, though!

Loved the stay overall, although it was annoying that housekeeping wasn’t automatic and even though I asked for fresh towels on checking in I still had to chase these up. Beds super comfortable but the bunk beds could do with a handle to support climbing up the ladder. Staff were super friendly and bar and restaurant were great (those were the main reasons for booking the Hoxton). Would definitely recommend and stay again next time.

Great location & wonderful room

The rooms are wonderful. We were put in a room below street level. The room was great but the hallways smelled terrible of mold and mildew and triggered allergies. The staff seemed to ignore requests. Overall, nice but seemly over priced

The staff were extremely friendly and provided great service. The bar had some amazing cocktails that we enjoyed. Our room was quite small (the bunk beds) and we had some issues with our toilet flushing/not flushing. Decorated nice. The room was the worst part of it though.

Great stay

I was travelling alone so opted for a bunk bed which was very comfortable and a good-sized room. A superb stay.

A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Quiet, but close to walkable must see locations. The people working were wonderful and kind and upgraded us on the second leg of our stay. The only complaints we had are a couple times items that we requested be brought to our room were not brought, and some fairly large dust bunnies on the floor. Despite that, I would stay again for the comfort and location!

Beautiful hotel, thoughtfully renovated. Gorgeous decor and super friendly staff. Great location near to a tram stop. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked great from what we saw!

From the check in to the check out all was great. Friendly international staff. Great drinks and tasty breakfast. Comfy room

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I got good ideas on things to do & directions for going out. The bar had lots of space & tables & served great food as well as drinks. The location was fantastic, the rooms cozy & I felt safe as a solo traveler.
