The room(s) were nice enough for us, clean, safe. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. We were asked to move to another room because of maintenance issues. This was fine for us but when waited almost 2 hours for a staff member to come to move us. Martha and Pedro were very nice and helpful. Hot water in the showers was very inconsistent, and we never felt we could count on it to be available. Often it would go cold while one was IN the shower and would have to rinse with cold. Some kind of shared kitchen, or a microwave would have been nice, just to heat something up or make tea/coffee.

A favor: llegamos al rededor de 30 minutos antes y pudimos ingresar sin problemas. Muy cerca de Bellas Artes. A mejorar: El chavo que nos atendió amable, sin embargo tardaron mucho en que le dijeran qué habitación teníamos. La habitación es linda, sin embargo, en uno de los muebles había etiquetas de ropa pegadas, al lado de una maceta papas de bolsa que no limpiaron, nula presión en el baño, la regadera imposible mediar el agua caliente y fría, no había toallas ni jabón corporal, (al rededor de las 9:30 pm lo llevaron), hay bares en la zona y se alcanza a escuchar el ruido a pesar de estar en un cuarto piso, la zona es algo insegura. Ojalá se puedan mejorar los detalles que hay mucho potencial en el lugar.

Nos dieron una suit donde avía construction , horrible el baño viejo. Polvo por todas partes la chica que nos atendió súper grosera , el lugar nada que ver con las fotos y afuera del edificio súper feo

La habitación, cómoda, la seguridad tbn, al personal no se le vio en ningún momento... Me pareció buena opción... Solamente pediría poner más atención en las habitaciones, ya que no hubo suficiente papel de rollo, ni nadie uqe lo provehiera... Tuvimos que comprar un rollo, de ahi e fuera excelente servicio... Buena limpieza

La habitación y el baño. Tenía q ser compartido

No es un hotel, ni tampoco tiene la atencion de comunicacion de un airbnb. No hay comunicacion y la entrada es a un edificio antiguo en remodelacion por dentro. No habia agua caliente estable pues solo estaba por unos segundos y salia fria totalmente para terminar por completo despues de 2 minutos, no habia toallas en el baño, mi estadia fue pesima la verdad y no creo que vuelva a rentar ahi. El joven que me atendio fue atento y amable y mas no le volvi a poder contactar porque no hubo respuesta.

Excelente ambiente muy cómodo, solo le falta más luz a las habitaciones están muy obscuras

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I STAYED IN THE PRIVATE ROOM WITH THE PRIVATE SHOWER AND IT WAS SUCH A GREAT ROOM! THE BUILDING WAS ALSO NICE . ESPECIALLY THE AREA! THE SHUTTLE WAS ALSO REALLY COOL . I THINK UBER IS NOW ALSO AVAILABLE AND SUPER EASY TO TAKE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE MAIN CITY WHICH WAS NICE BUT HAVING A DRIVER WAITING FOR ME FELT SAFE AND REALLY SECURE! COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT AND THEY ARE ALL HELPFUL ESPECIALLY THE DOOR MAN! ALSO THE AREA WAS REALLY ACTIVE WITH VENDORS AND FOOD! FELT REALLY SAFE AND ITS SUPER CLOSE TO THE MAIN CITY !! LIKE A 3-4 MIN WALK IF THAT :) 10/10 -FROM LOS ANGELES :)

It was ok somewhat cold.

El personal fue muy amable y servicial , Pedro y Martha muchas gracias excelente servicio . El hotel está muy céntrico , solo podría decir que el agua caliente es muy difícil de nivelar en la regadera . La puerta se atoraba mucho tanto la de entrada al edifico como la de la habitación , Fuera de eso , fue una buena estancia .

Room was very clean and host Miss Martha was very nice and helpful. It was a very nice experience. Location is very close to major attractions. Very good location for very good price. One limitation is that it is 4th floor without elevator so for some people it may be an issue. Also hot water system in a shower was tricky, it was difficult to get optimal water temperature but maybe it is due to the older plumbing system. Overall though it was a great experience and I would definitely stay in Singular hotel again if I return to Mexico City. Good location, friendly host, good price.

El personal muy hamable excelente servicio

Tuvimos problemas con las chapas de la puerta principal, para el agua caliente batallamos mucho porque el agua estaba mal regulada , el servicio del personal me pareció muy bueno y hubo buena comunicación, estaba bien ubicado , me quedé hace meses en el singular Polanco y definitivamente, me quedo con aquella estancia.

No había jabón en los baños y la habitación era compartida con otras persona. A los lados se siente inseguro uno ya al estar en su habitación

It was okay for the price. The staff took a while to reply and let us into the building, but the room was just as expected. It may be better to put a more accurate photo of the outside, as there are tents directly outside of the building. Also, the boiler kept turning off, and I had to bathe in freezing cold water. We had the staff turn it on previously but it took him an hour to get to the room. There was also no soap, and the wifi wasn’t working well in the rooms. Overall though, it suited our needs and it wasn’t expensive. So, I can’t complain much.

Staff was amazing, always willing to help and very friendly.
