With my reservation in hand and proof of payment, I arrived to be told Kintu Plaza Hotel no longer exists and they do not rent rooms. I got no assistance and a week later, dispite many attempts to get a rund I have been repeatedly told the could not confirm I did or didn't stay, therefore no refund.
