I had a great stay at Médina Charme Riad and Spa and would recommend it. The staff was excellent and they very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Youssef. Breakfast is served daily and includes traditional Moroccan food, fruit, and tea. They helped coordinate several experiences for me, including a cooking class with the riad’s chef, a guided tour of Marrakech, and a private day trip to Essaouira. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable with all the guides and drivers. The rooms were cleaned daily and included small touches like towel art. The location is convenient, with easy access to taxis and nearby cafés and restaurants. It’s also close to major areas, so getting around is simple and affordable. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Clean room, good staff, good heating system

Medina Charme Riad and Spa is a charming new riad, ideally located close to the historical sights and shopping areas of the medina. My sister and I stayed here for five nights as a birthday getaway, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Before arrival, the very helpful manager, Nabil, contacted me to welcome us and arrange airport transport. We were met by the always-smiling Adil, who walked us from the main road to the riad and was on hand throughout our stay. The beautiful owner, Fateha, greeted us warmly and showed us to our spacious, spotless room, which had been beautifully decorated by the lovely Fatema. The ensuite bathroom was large and immaculate, with fluffy towels and bathrobes. Each morning we enjoyed a freshly prepared traditional Moroccan breakfast made by Mona and Fatema, served either in the stylish Moroccan lounge or on the rooftop, which was perfect for relaxing in the sun. Medina Charme Riad and Spa is truly a gem in the heart of Marrakesh, with warm, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay special. We would highly recommend it for anyone seeking an authentic yet luxurious experience. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.
