The front desk girl we got was not very friendly or helpful with helping us find a way to order food. The sheets on our bed were dirty at check in. The pool was green with algae and the water was not circulating my kids were scared to get in. The gym only had a treadmill and a cycle. On the positive the cleaning staff were very friendly and very helpful. The buffet staff were also very friendly and the food was delicious. All in all we were not happy with our stay and will probably never stay here again.

Tuve una experiencia muy agradable. El desayuno nos encantó, con buena variedad y buen sabor. Además, las instalaciones estaban siempre limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera cómoda y tranquila. En general, quedé muy satisfecho y sí lo recomendaría.

La habitación la recibimos muy limpia y con buen olor, las camas y almohadas están cómodas. El personal muy atento. La alberca está limpia, nos dejaron hospedar a nuestra mascota en el hotel y todo súper bien. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
