The pictures do not match whatsoever , They told me I had reservations but everything was taken and they tried giving me , old trashy room in the rear of the hotel , I had told them that was not what I paid for .. they said take it or leave it very unprofessional I had to leave the guy at front desk could not make decisions at all because he said he's just a worker and could not get a hold of anyone to make changes . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NOT RECOMEND IT AT ALL ( it's more like a motel )

La habitación olía feo , paredes con humedad y descarapelándose , no están seguras las habitaciones !!

There was no ocean view, the room booked was not what I have selected. My reservation was given to someone else at arrival. Hot water was not working, water leak in the bathroom, very outdated room not the room in picture or selected. Requesting a full refund.
