Hotel just cancelled our 3 rooms with very short notice - less than 12 hours - and left us in a sad situation.

This hotel experience was a disaster because the hotel cancelled our 3 rooms the same day we should arrive. In my opinion this is so unprofessional and gives an impression that the hotel is not worthy being on Expedia app. Very bad experience that left the whole family in a very poor situation without a hotel.

Definitiv keine erste Wahl. Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovation. Fensterbänke, Mauern bröckeln teilweise schon ab. Das Essen in der Vitrine sieht gar nicht einladend aus. So schmeckte es dann auch. Ich hatte keine Lust mir das nichmals anzutun und verzichtete aufs Abendessen. Der Verkehrslärm war so laut, dass ich die halbe Nacht nicht geschlafen habe. Da nützte es auch nichts, das ich das VIP Zimmer gebucht habe. Zum Glück nur für eine Nacht.
