Overall my stay at Arena 41 was good, nice Bed , clean room , and not far Twin tower ( Maarif ) which a lot's of shop and place to eat.

The room, bathroom were not really cleaned properly as there was so much dust in the room,cupboards , the sink in the bathroom had a lot of stains, no means to clean the room were available no hoover or broom. The apartment wasn’t even the one I booked as it looked nothing like that. It was advertised with more than 1 bed but that wasn’t true, the living room looked nothing like then pictures and please don’t make me start with the check in process as the “receptionist “ did not speak English nor French which doesn’t make sense as most people you will have renting an apartment would speak either of these languages,Communication was difficult and I ended up staying in the entrance for God knows how long. It would be so much easier and convenient if the rooms are cleaned and checked before check-in and please give more accurate descriptions to avoid disappointing people. And please also make sure you put people that can easily communicate with customers so make life easier for everyone.

Great location, good value for money. There is no extra bed, it is a couch although plenty big to sleep on.

Super mooi appartement, goede locatie. Schoon en ruim. Alleen de riool lucht was vervelend en er waren maar 2 handdoeken

On the website, it states 5 King Bed when we booked it but when we got to the the apartment, the manager said no, its only 1 bed per apartment. Every apartment they have has only one bed so its very misleading as we were 3 people in the booking. Luckily the sofas were big enough to have two people sleep and one person sleeps in the bedroom. Everything else was pretty good. They accommodate a lot of stuff for us. Gave us extra blankets and the views were beautiful. We are right by the locals so you get the hear a lot of busy streets in the morning and quietness in the night.
