OMG, where do I start? This place is AMAZING. I areived late due to NYE travel delays. However, upon entering the property and meeting the Property Manager I knew I had selected the perfect location dor a much needed reset. The attention to details, high quality service, and genuine kindness of the staff truly made for one of my best travel experiences ever. I intend to return to Merida whenever I can and I will only stay at El Pueblo.

I found this guest house during a last-minute search for a trip to Mérida and was genuinely impressed by everything it offers: beautiful design, immaculate gardens, a spacious and quiet room with a fantastic bathroom, and first-class organic food. What truly sets El Pueblo apart, though, is the exceptional customer service from the moment I checked in. A big thumbs up across the board—I highly recommend it to other travelers.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at El Pueblo. It is a hidden gem in Mérida. An oasis of calm and relaxation. The room was immaculate and spacious, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the gardens were beautiful, the pool was stunning, and the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend El Pueblo!
