Beautiful view, convenient location, safe property. But not luxury, overpriced.

It is the perfect location and very nice rooms for the area. It is right across the street from good restaurants and bars. A lot of young people so it’s a great place to meet other travelers. The rooms were clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub are great. Highly recommend if you plan to stay in San Pedro, it’s the best city for young travelers in my opinion and the hotel is right by the boats you take to the other cities!

Unfortunately a very disappointing stay, the music from the bar across the street (Sublime) was so loud it took me hours to fall asleep every night and really ruined the stay. I wish there had been more disclosure of this upfront. Would not come back

Overall thought it was a pretty good stay! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, room was clean and very spacious. Location is great as well, but a bit of a walk from the boats.

Our stay here couldn’t have been worse. The first night, the toilet leaked all over the floor and I stepped in toilet water. The room was filthy, with mold on the ceiling and overall poor cleanliness. When they moved us to another room, it was even worse. There was blood on the trash can and unknown fluids on the headboard, sheets, pillows, couch, and other surfaces. The sheets and comforters were stained. The toilet didn’t work properly, and the sink wouldn’t drain. I messaged the front desk about the condition of the room and never received a response. I also tried calling through WhatsApp and got no answer. The property itself looks nothing like the photos on Expedia — everything is dirty and poorly maintained. I have photos to document and prove all of this. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels that were far cleaner than this. Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, staff response, and overall experience

O quarto c vista para o lago foi perfeito. A equipe tbm foi muito solícita e o hotel conta com banho de hidromassagem. O único porém é não ter estacionamento e o mesmo ser longe. Tem q andar a pé com as malas mas valeu muito a pena

Cleanliness in shower and bedding can be improved. Great location and views.
