Great location and easy communication with the staff. The facilities are pretty basic but clean and comfortable — good enough for a short stay.

Great property in a great location, right in the centre of Alicante. Close to loads of restaurants and also a supermarket for groceries. We had the Premium Studio with terrace on the second floor. The double glazing meant the noise level from outside was fine. We also got sub beds everyone we went to the roof terrace. The pool area was ideal and a real benefit of the place. It was terrific. Be sure to ask for blue swimming towels. The studio had everything we needed for two weeks and the cleaning was good - not as frequent as a hotel but fine. The aircon was a good benefit, although I think it needs a service. The manager is addressing that point. I would certainly recommend this place.

Flott område, sentralt og mange restauranter i nærheten. Leiligheten er moderne, flott og godt utstyrt. Vennlig og hyggelig verter. Det eneste var at internet var ustabil inne i leiligheta, men vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Very good location for Bars, restaurants, beach and transport links. A little noisy from traffic outside (and endless drilling!) but at night time the shutters cut most of that out. The management were extremely helpful and prompt with actioning any request we made, including restaurant recommendations, extra hangers and a couple of niggles with the room etc The roof top pool was a bonus. Overall its certainly not luxurious, but its clean, tidy and with just enough equipment for self catering.

We had a good stay in this accomodation which was ideally situated in the centre of everything. Only downside was the noise in early morning hours from revellers which was no fault of the hotel. Yes we would use this address again.

We were four friends traveling together and this accommodation was just right for us. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Check-in was smooth and easy. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and fit two adults without any issues. Everything was clean, and we appreciated the fresh towels. There was also an iron and a coffee maker, which were nice extras. The rooftop pool was a big plus! We’re super happy with our stay and would definitely choose this place again.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage , le confort et la propreté de l'appartement , l'accueil chaleureux des responsables , nous avons regretté l'absence de parking gratuit pour nos visiteurs ( j'ai de la famille à Alicante - San Vicente ) Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine !!!

Lovely little apartment with all the facilities you’d need. Beach umbrellas and toys, in the lobby, was a particularly handy touch. Kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa bed was excellent. The location is fantastic. Couldn’t be better placed for access to 100s of restaurants and bars. The beach and harbour are only a few minutes away. Everything felt extremely safe

We had a great 10 night stay here with my family. Pool is such a bonus and location to beach and restaurants is great. Really nice to be able to borrow beach stuff and air con is good quality. Being so central you do hear noise at night, but this has to be a given for such a central location. We would stay again.

very nice appartement, with everything you need. Super nice personel, which was always very helpful and responded very quickly. The appartement ist very central and you can reach everything by walking.

The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Most places were easily accessible on foot, and for destinations further away, like San Juan, there was a bus that stopped almost in front of the hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The condition of the hotel could use some improvement. The elevator malfunctioned almost daily, and there was wear and tear, for example on the doors and the sofa. There were also some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but the very friendly staff were helpful with this as well. We are satisfied with the hotel and the service, and we will definitely come again.

Really nice place. We got and extended stay with 6 hours for free. 2 minor things that could be improved. A broom in the room to get away the sand from the floor. 2:nd the air condition turned of itself every 6 hours. A bit anoying in the night. But this are as I wrote, minor things
