We was given a room with a very large crack in the sliding glass door, which was a thin single plan glass, so was very dangerous, could of fell out anytime causing serious injuries next to the bed. Spoke with the girl on reception, no other rooms available, so I asked her for some tape to put over the crack...masking tape. We couldn't open any windows due to this issue due to our safety. Was told that the manager would call us, as I asked her to document the problem on their records. No call. Also the curtains didn't close properly...so the Sevilla sunshine came through the gap earlier morning 🔥🔥🔥...and the shower tenpetenure was cold then very hot...burning no thermostat🔥🔥🔥.

Tuvimos que hacer el chek in on-line. No había nadie en recepción. En la habitación había una luz muy pobre, el baño olía mucho a tubería, la mampara de la ducha cerraba mal y la puerta del baño chirriaba cada vez que se abría. Hasta las 8:45 no apareció nadie para darnos el desayuno.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. The room itself was clean, cute, and had things many other lower cost hotels don’t (shampoo, conditioner, & a blow usually dryer). HOWEVER, it’s solidly 30 mins outside of Seville. Which would not be a problem if the parking in the neighborhood wasn’t such a disaster, very narrow streets and people park horribly. For the price it’s a great room, but a mediocre stay. I would highly recommend it to people staying in Salteras visiting family, but less so for tourists going to the city.
