Staff was very helpful. Location was perfect. Hotel was pretty and room was spacious.

Though not needed this trip as relatively cool, I did expect air conditioning would be available. Would have liked in house dinner as felt unsafe outside hotel at night travelling alone.

Very nice although brief stay. We were able to check in early and were allowed to stay a little later too. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean with great views of ocean and hilly town. We used UBER a lot and that worked out great. Area around hotel loaded with restaurants and shops that were well within walking distance.

The hotel was the perfect location to tour the murals of Valpo. enjoyed a very nice stay with excellent service & attentive staff.

The location is wonderful, with views of the port and the city. Also, it is an easy walk to restaurants & marketplace as well as to the furnicular into the main square. Be sure to sign up for your private Spa session - with a small pool, hot tub, sauna and tranquil vibe. Above all - the staff was exceptional. I truly loved my couple of days here!

Très bien localisé proche de tout avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Pour se sustenter en soirée aller au petit resto localiser à moins de 20 mètres, la Poesia dos sabores..Beau, bon pas cher avec des proprios extra.

Me cancelaron la habitación según la recepción por que se descompuso el equipo de calefacción; nos enviaron a otro hotel, cuyas habitaciones no correspondían a lo contratado.

The renovations to this property were well done. There is an elevator, however they have two beautiful staircases. The location is across the street from a beautiful museum, great views, and a few restaurants to choose. They also can arrange for transportation from Santiago airport to the hotel, as well as work with tour operator to provide custom tours of the city and surrounding area.
