Perfect location for downtown Toronto! Professional sports, theatre, shopping, dining, etc. Room was top notch!

What a great location! So close to Rogers Center, CN Tower, the harbour and many restaurants! The unit itself was not in the best shape. Lots of nicks on the walls, broken bed frame, broken blinds, and lack of kitchen items. (No coffee pot, dish cloths, hand towels or extra dishwasher packs). The unit was also dirtier than I had expected, stains in bed spread, dirty tiles in the bathrooms, flooring in kitchen was damaged previously. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and it was nice to have the extra space for the 6 of us. The unit was not terrible, just not what I had expected. With that all that being said, I would stay there again due to the location itself.

Property was very clean. Our only complaint would be the blinds in both rooms are broken and therefore unable to keep the bedrooms darker in the early morning. Otherwise, had a great stay!

Our unit was anything but luxury. Someone’s fake nail on the floor was the icing on the cake. Location was great. Otherwise be prepared for false advertising.

We were very disappointed with this stay, to say the least. They advertise their apartments as "luxury apartments", but these are far from luxurious. Firstly, the building itself it huge and the elevators are extremely busy. Its an over crowded building and has a bad reputation for possible human trafficking from this building. The apartment itself had dirty linen and blankets in the closet, a broken table sitting in the closet, an air conditioning system that could not be adjusted (so we were freezing), most of the light fixtures had missing light bulbs, the vertical blinds had many pieces missing - so that it affected privacy at night, and didn't prevent light from getting in early in the morning, the tea kettle, iron, ironing board, towel holders in the bathroom were all broken. The Global Stay staff were very disorganized and did nothing to help improve our stay, the check in process was not smooth. I could go on and on. Save yourself a lot of trouble and book elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK WITH GLOBAL STAY! Absolutely terrible experience. Do not book with with this vendor. The listing I booked for was not what I received despite their insistence it was. The furniture is cheap and deeply uncomfortable especially the bed. Check in instructions did not work and contacting the vendor was impossible. After numerous issues with the bed, the AC, the water pressure and the garbage shoot I tried repeatedly to contact the vendor with no response so I checked out less than 24 hours after checking in by contacting hotels.com directly to tell them my issues and that I would be leaving and expect my last 5 days to be refunded. The vendor did not respond to either of us. Several days later I received an email from the vendor about alarm testing in the building to which I responded if you had been in touch you would know I had checked out days before. They then accused me of staying there the entire time when I said I wanted a refund. They claim “no refunds” is their policy despite not delivering on advertised services. They’ll reply to this review claiming I got the room I booked despite my screenshots of the original booking. Impossible to get in touch and won’t even respond to hotels.com when trying to settle the despute. Further look into the company and building will say you a headache. Also discovered there were bedbugs in the building during my brief stay. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible company. Bad building to stay in. Avoid at all costs.

very accessible to everywhere. place is clean, but the bathroom sink needs some tlc...communication is ok.

The property was very nice and clean. But the check in process was terrible. Poor communication with the host. Details were just sent at 5:17 pm. Been in the property past 3 pm.

Clean and comfy. A few little hiccups with air conditioning and the dishwasher. The unit could use a bit of a refresh but it was nice to have our own kitchen, washer & dryer, and space downtown within walking distance to Union Station, CN Tower, arena and ball park.

Great view and clean accommodation. Check-in process was a little confusing, but we figured it out. Needed some help from the front desk even though we were told we wouldn’t need to and given a different process, but overall a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything.

Multiple issues and zero communication to rectify the problems.

The description did not mention that they need parking and security deposit. The call to the host went to a third country, they made us wait with kids for one hour on street in downtown and asked us to send ID, parking payment , security deposit each in separate emails. The AC in bedroom was not working, made the complaint, the repair person only changed the filter. The unit was too hot the entire night, opening the door made it extremely noisy and uncomfortable. The dishwasher would fall off if you opened the top shelf. Overall very unpleasant experience especially with kids… would not recommend

The place is superb because of the location and condition of the unit but the check in process is terrible. They should have contacted like a day ago for check in instructions.

Clean property, amazing view, easy check in.

ZERO STARS — Extremely Disappointing Experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. This stay was very expensive and did NOT provide the amenities that were advertised, specifically working Wi-Fi and TV service. We have been without both since arrival. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and responsiveness. This is a self check-in property, yet they failed to send the correct information needed to complete the process and receive the access code. I had to repeatedly follow up because no one responded to my messages. When they finally sent something through, it was just a map of the area — still no access code. This caused unnecessary stress and anxiety the morning of our trip. To make matters worse, the instructions never mentioned that a fob was required to use the elevator. The Wi-Fi and TV did not work from the moment we arrived. I reported the issue at 3 PM on the first day and received no response until the following day — only after I followed up again myself. They eventually said they were sending a “representative,” which sounded like someone from the internet company. Instead, it was the cleaning woman, who understandably could not fix either issue. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the constant automated messages saying “we’re here and happy to help,” while in reality no one responds or takes accountability when there is a problem. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and wasted money. There are far better places to stay.

Extra $60 was charged despite a previously approved late checkout with no extra fees. For my 4 day stay, there were 3x fire alarms, which caused delays &made me late for class due to waiting for clearance. The cleaner stated that she only speaks Ukrainian & pretends not to speak English at all. In that case, how are guests expected to communicate with her or receive assistance with basic tasks such as garbage disposal? I was also not informed of any damages at checkout, and there was no clearly marked garbage disposal area on the 32nd floor. The trash was sorted by me, but she was unable to explain where the dumpster was located. The cleaner also moved my packed belongings, which resulted in additional trips between the apartment and the parking lot. During the rush, my drink spilled in my luggage and subsequently in my car, which took me an hour to clean. Please advise regarding reimbursement for the car cleaning.
