Picture didn’t align with room Room was sold on to others before we arrived while we booked 3 hrs in advance. Chaos in Booking system. New room was poor quality We asked for broom to clean floor ourselves Bathroom very small No hot water Person 5/6 had to sleep on matras on the ground while it is a 6 person room overpriced for what you get. Disappointing experience. Never had issues with agoda or hotels.com.

The area was nice but the rooms was not at all. Trying to check in was a nightmare. Room was not ready when arrived. I didn't have wifi at all.
