La habitación que tuve al llegar era un espacio desagradable, 3m de altura aproximadamente con un ventanuco inaccesible. Para una habitación de más de 180€ me pareció pésimo. Por lo demás buena ubicación y buenas instalaciones.

The room was very clean and staff were all very friendly from check in to check out

the room was mostly clean, just kind of damages on the walls and such, very nice bathroom, and very close to a tram stop if you’re looking for public transit. the front desk isn’t always staffed but there’s a literal ring doorbell and everyone i spoke with was very kind!

The location of Hotel Rose is central to most of the best walkable sites in Rotterdam. We were minutes away from the boat dock for catching the watershuttle to Kinderdijk. Only a block away from transit too. The breakfast was delicious and great value. We would definitely stay at Hotel Rose again.

Perfect spot to overnight during our brief stay in the city. Easy to get to from Rotterdam Centraal. The staff were helpful and accommodating. So pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Very poor customer service from management/staff on reception. The building is nice enough, but is being run like an amateur show. I unfortunately had to approach staff about 3 issues on my first day, zero were fixed, zero follow up to check with guest, reception pretended like it never happened. Future guests should know, you are sleeping on 1 flat sheet over an exposed mattress, pull that sheet back and you are sleeping in filth from previous guests imbedded in mattress .

Prima hotel met goede voorzieningen zonder echte lounge helaas. Ontbijt goed met redelijk assortiment

Rooms weren't cleaned despite us asking for them to be. No bath towels then. Rooms weren't that clean anyway. Quiet Breakfast was good. Free tea and coffee available all day. Staff not that helpfu.

La habitación en buenas condiciones, tuvimos un problema con la clave de la habitación y ayudaron rápido a solucionarlo. Todos en recepción siempre fueron atentos y amables. El hotel estaba cerca de todos los puntos importantes y era fácil moverse

Great hotel. The only issue is they currently do not have any signs so its easy to accidentally walk past it. Location is very close to both metro and tram line. From Rotterdam central its about 4 stops. For food, you can either order on a app or walk one street over with so many options Clean room with great amenities. Nice big bathroom with rainfall shower head Staff are really helpful. There is also a good luggage storage you can use. Breakfast is very basic ( you can walk to nearby supermarket and save money). I would definitely recommend this place and stay again next time I'm in town.
