I wanted to enjoy this hotel more. The pool view is what I enjoyed. However, there were not enough chairs to accommodate the guests and we had to sit on the uncomfortable wall. The keys continuously did not work for the elevator. When asking for help, it wasnt the easiest. On my last night stay, the housekeeper forgot to give me a bathmat. Having a restaurant on the location was ideal but I did not enjoy my meal. Again I wanted to love this place because it’s newer but it didnt meet my expectations

Really enjoyed overall however I would like if the cleaning was daily was written on contract I went for a whole week with out new sheets and up to 3 days with out cleaning

My wife ordered room service. She waited, no food. She walked down to lobby, no phone in room, and the food was waiting there. No one told her that she had to pick it up. Room service I guess doesn’t mean service to your room. It was cold by then. After checking out we discovered that the hotel charged her credit card for the room even though we had paid in advance through Expedia. Sent several messages to the hotel but they will not respond. Is this typical in Spain or is this just a horrible hotel. I would not recommend staying there.

Veldig fint rimelig hotell, man får mye for penger. Nytt/renovert, rent, med fint utsikt, veldig hyggelig personale. Supermarked og apotek er bare 2 min å gå. Kommer nok hit en gang til i neste år

Todo en general super bien, la habitación muy acogedora básica pero bien, la cama muy cómoda, el baño bien con todo lo necesario. Y luego las instalaciones espectaculares. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Desk check in person very rude when I asked if there were other pillows vs the very hard bulky pillows.

Service was good just the panic alarm was going off almost every day, hope the fix that problem soon.
