Hotel lost my reservation. This was a self check in hotel. Contacted them using the information on the front door and was told someone would be reaching to help sort it out. Stood in their raunchy doorway for 45 minutes and nobody contacted me. Hotel is also in the red light district which was evident by the several ladies hanging around the alley. Not sure why this hotel would even be listed on Travelocity

Room daily cleaning did not exist. We needed to ask for fresh towels by WhatsApp. They left the fresh towels and did not remove the used ones. The room was very hot in May, fortunately we saw some fans during the 3rd day of the stay and ask for one, which was very helpful. The bathroom was comfortable as well as the bed.

Location was good, walkable to train station though not super close. I think the walls are thin, can hear chairs getting moved in other rooms (perhaps they should have rubber backing) and lots of noise around our room, even with earplugs. Also need to indicate that there are no elevators in the facility so be ready to climb if assigned a higher floor.
