Todo perfecto y muy limpio con cama comoda

Check in was a nightmare, no staff on duty EVER just a notice in Spanish which we eventually translated saying if you have a problem walk to another hotel on the other side of the village and they will help you. I should of received an email before arrival which informed me of which room and the entry password but I never received it. We were not alone a German couple there at the same time as us also had the same problem....no email either. Once we eventually got into our rooms they were fine and the location ideal but it was all spoiled by 2 hours of head scratching confusion and unnecessary worry.
