Fantastisk opphold i 9 dager! Utmerket service, fine rom, god mat, og bra beligenhet!

Room and hotel are very clean. Bathroom amenities were all expired as of Jan. 26. Shower was dangerous…very slippery with no grab bar and no shelf for soap/shampoo. I put a towel on shower floor to keep from slipping. The shower also flooded the bathroom floor big time and we needed towels to wipe it up. Front desk phone was not always answered and when it was, and a request was made, it took a very long time to get what was needed and sometimes it required a second call. Lights on our floor (11) and 12 were not on and it was quite dark…other floors were lit. Airport transfers were available for $25 each way even though some sites showed free airport transportation. Also, the website mentioned a daily Managers Party…ummm no. Not the best place that I’ve stayed.

This was a horrible experience. Of the amenities listed, none of them were available. The gym was not open, the pool was under construction, the WiFi did not work, and the air conditioning also did not work. The staff was not helpful or apologetic at all, no one took responsibility for any of it. There was not even a place to refill water bottles with clean water in the whole hotel. We got to the hotel around 5pm after a long day of travel and were excited to use the gym and relax by the pool but neither were an option. We would have left to stay somewhere else had it not been late by the time we realized all of this. I definitely do not recommend ever staying here, save your trip and stay somewhere else!

Nothing but great things to say about my stay. Rooms were impeccable, service was 100%. Would stay there again without a doubt. Location is great for pick up for tours in the area, easy walking distance to markets and just a beautiful building inside and out. The lady at the front desk and the manger on duty were extremely helpful and just nice people.
