We stayed here on transit from Heathrow with a day free, and this was a good option in terms of being in Hayes&Harlington allowing access to London and surrounding areas. The place is a slightly rundown converted street house, but the room was spacious and its reasonable value for money for the location. Be aware that the stairs to the rooms are narrow and steep (wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe for older people), the bed and pillows were extremely hard (again not a problem if you like a hard bed). The accommodation doesn’t offer breakfast, which we were aware of, but there was no-where nearby to get a decent breakfast. It was a 12 min walk from the station, (and closest coffee shop, but not really breakfast), and a little far if you have heavy luggage. The rooms don’t have en-suit bathrooms, which we were not aware of when booking, but maybe we didn’t see that information at the time. Lack of on-suite would be an issue if the place were full as there were two bathrooms serving all rooms, but this didn’t cause us problems as we think there was only one other guest.

The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless.
