1) Upon arrival 3 rooms were not confirmed. 2) After confirmation, reception guy said there is no kitchen in any room (website says with kitchen also i requested for kitchen for at least one room out of 3 as my parents cook their own food. 3) no AC in one of the room as says AC rooms. 4) only 3 towels provided between 8 people. 5) rooms were not clean. 6) found ash trays and some smoke smells in non smoking rooms.
