Staff provide valuable suggestions. Room with balcony with nice view. Most of attractions within a 10-minute walking distance. Many restaurants nearby.

No cash in any of the restaurants or bars is abhorrent. Breakfast was oily meats and rubber eggs. Overpriced breakfast charge for mediocre food. Tray charge for room service is offensive. These opinions will be also allocated to our upcoming Google review.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were on the smaller size, but were cosy. The staff were very helpful. Parking seemed awkward, as its first in at a nightly rate. I worked it out, that I would go to the plaza after work, free parking for 3 hours, walk to dinner and return to the hotel after 6pm where the street parking was free. It was a short walk to the hotel, but after 8pm, I would go down and bring the car out the front of hotel. Breakfast was very nice. The swimming pools were strange with glass sides and bottoms, allowing everyone to watch you swim from side to bottom in both pools. Great location with restaurants at your door step and the esplanade at your back door.

We stayed in sea view rooms and WOW what a stunning view. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, ample and the staff was incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our whole stay was lovely. The rooms are clean neat and comfortable. The location of Crystalbrook Flynn is perfect. So central. Overlooks the water. Close to the night markets and a quick walk to the pier. The downstairs ambience is fun and inviting. Even had late check out to work with our flights. 5 Stars to everything

property is in a great location. We stayed in the Esplanade Tower, and the room was spacious enough for two people for a short stay. The bed was large, but it consisted of two mattresses joined together, with a noticeable gap in the middle that made it uncomfortable. The balcony was very small, not particularly clean, and the outdoor chairs were old, worn, and uncomfortable. only bath towels and hand towels were provided—no face washers. pools are undercover, so they receive no sunlight, and the area was quite breezy, making it too cold to swim during our stay. The whiskey and gin bar was closed on most days, and the breakfast was average. Reception staff were polite but provided only the basics during check-in and check-out. On Sunday morning at approximately 6:25 am, the emergency alarm sounded, requiring a full evacuation. Guests, including elderly people and those with limited mobility, had to use the stairs from upper floors. Once outside, there were no staff providing information or direction, and guests were left waiting for nearly an hour without updates or guidance on when it was safe to return. Eventually, people made their way back inside without any communication or apology. lack of communication during this incident was disappointing. lifts were also very slow, often delayed because housekeeping staff were using the same lifts as guests. staff at the bar were good. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. Several Areas of improvements required.

Comfortable room. Shame room wasn’t ready at 2pm for checkin as it had been a long day by the time I got there after a very early morning flight but they did try to get it sorted asap for me and were very helpful

Friendly staff. Good location for walking. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The room was small but large window. Queen bed. Clean.

Everything was fabulous. The only feedback we would have is that we thought the room service plates should be covered. We were in a lift full of people and there was a plate of uncovered food in there. We had a fabulous stay, the room was amazing and staff wonderful. Would defo stay again !!

Really enjoyed Crystalbrook Flynn as a comfortable place to use as a launch pad for Great Barrier reef and Daintree. Hotel was really well appointed and location was easy to enjoy the area. Morning breakfast was really well done and the rooms facing the water were worth it!

We were on 12th floor & the shower was terrible , couldn't regulate the temp , one second scaulding hot next minute freezing cold , so didn't enjoy that at all , but appart from that was great accommodation & fantastic location , would recommend you to all our friends !

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, room good size and very comfortable. Excellent location, right on the esplanade, close to Marina, shops, restaurants etc. yet quiet, although I was on the 11th floor. Not sure what the lower levels would be like. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
