浴室里放了两瓶身体乳，一瓶放在淋浴间洗头水和沐浴露中间，没有护发素，很明显是搞错了，连续住了五个晚上都没有更改，说明相关职员粗心。 前台职员（同一位亚裔女子），明明在4月15号与客户用非常流利的中文交流（因为房间水管无法供应冷水，洗浴时只有极热的水），到了4月17号在处理客户咨询时说自己不会中文，一直用英文。态度不友善

Very bad experience, every room is non-functional with noise and no air conditioning. Bad service. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

This was easily my best stay in Melb. It was the Grand Hyatt team that made this trip memorable. Whilst booking this 4-nights stay, Ms. Linh Truong was very helpful in making the arrangements and ensuring our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, John at Concierge greeted us and took care of the luggage. Everything was promptly taken up to our rooms. Check-in was quick and efficient. The housekeeping team were friendly and stopped by everyday to check that our rooms were cleaned and amenities were refilled. The hotel is in a beautiful and convenient part of Collins Street with a stunning view of the Yarra River. The only qualm I have is the walls are very thin, you can hear the pipes when your neighbours use their shower. I look forward to my next stay at Grand Hyatt Melbourne.

君悅雖然不是新的酒店, 但保持了高質素的服務。位置旺中帶靜, 附近有CAFE, 步行去市中心或火車站都只是10分鐘內。 房間大小適中, 傢俱雖不算新, 但整潔。 我們一家都有一個愉快的假期。

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at the Grand Hyatt. The room was great and we enjoyed some truly fantastic views of the Melbourne CBD. The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear just about everything your neighbours are doing, from walking around to going to the toilet and taking showers. Overall, it is a lovely hotel, but it is worth noting if you are a light sleeper.

The bar area was quite cold. This is definitely not a complaint…. Just an observation.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, la ubicación excelente, muy cerca de todo. El desayuno, está delicioso, un bufete muy grande con mucho para elegir. Si tienes la oportunidad, elige la habitación con el desayuno incluido, vale mucho la pena.

Staff were helpful, room okay did not request king bed asked for a double booking made through Expedia. Room right near the lift which I know someone has to have but not ideal. Had a small meal prior to 6 pm at the Collins restaurant which was fine, breakfast arrived 8.30 am seated quickly staff were good. The Meal which we had small spoon of baked beans, mushrooms, scrambled egg, bacon were nearly cold only hot item was the hash brown. Two coffees to follow were good, staff was very good. Very disappointed for $100 breakfast which was uneatable, not enjoyed, and not up to the standard one may expect. They became very busy a long queue a hand rail to ascend but no rail to leave, very dangerous. The front staff and the gentleman who organised our taxi very helpful, perhaps not the experience we were hoping for.
