the smallest and cramp place i ever stayed. there is hygiene issues with insect crawling inside the room. building was in thin timber structure and the shower was drippings with limited water pressure.

Thanks for the reception lady waited for us until 10pm for check in, we appreciated it. We stayed on the 2nd floor and because the stairs was a little bit too narrow when you are carrying suitcases. The room was too small, we had a difficult time to manage how to open our two medium size suitcases. It took about 2-3 minutes to wait for the hot water to come out from shower, also the water pressure was disappointing. Free parking was provided, but the only spot left was so difficult to park, I had to make several attempts (I have 30+ years of driving experience) in order to park properly. Oh, the air conditioner in my room was super cold, that’s good.

Near to the royal north shore hospital, very convenient for me to visit my friend who stay in hospital. Near to the tram station. The room is clean and tidy, very friendly staff

早餐非常簡單,自助麵包,自助果汁,自助牛奶穀片,自助草莓優格,WIFI速度堪用,但絕對不能用來玩遊戲,肯定會LAG,飯店沒有電梯,所以最好請前台給低樓層的房間,不然就要搬行李到三樓(最高層),除非想當健身,但整體來說飯店服務算還OK,WIFI加早餐可以了!!

Very clean, close to transport (bus stop right out the front) train only 500m walk, shops close by, breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

Clean and affordable. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and hotel dated but otherwise I had a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Convenient parking, pleasant room and handy microwave in the room.

Nothing nearby. Can't fit the jug under the tap, had to fill it with mugs. Has a microwave but only one teaspoon and no other cutlery. Soap was very old and useless. The curtains don't cover the top part of the window and the light outside was on all night. Impossible to sleep. Also every time someone shut a door the bang shook the room. Traffic noise was horrible until 11.00 p.m. never again also drunk and swearing people in the next room could be heard til 2.oo a.m Never again

Clean and tidy with a basic breakfast included. Not too far from St Leonard’s station.

Double room was clean but very small

Adequate room for the price. Parking was very tight and only about 10 spaces for what seams like a 25 room hotel

Neat tidy everything was there. But lights from apartment block next door annoying. Noise from rooms who have to exit for shared toilet facilities also annoying.

Cheap and convenient

The room was so small, we paid $159 a night. And you coulnt move with 2 people. You walked in the door and nearly fell ober the bed The shower was small that you could hardly turn around breakfast was cook your own toast, fruit wasnt fress. Will not go there again

Receptionist was pleasant upon check-in.Bedroom was clean, pillows very thin. Bathroom completely unacceptable. Black mould around cornice and frame of window, toilet pedestal completely cracked in half across the bottom, towel hook snapped off from back of door and worst of all, hair in shower grate. These issues could be fixed with some old fashioned “elbow grease” and a trip to a hardware store. Lots of highway noise and the constant cutting in and out of the aircon unit below our room made sleeping difficult. Our aircon was turned off. Would we stay again ? Possibly, as it is conveniently situated to North Shore Hospital.

There was mould in the bathroom, spiderwebs, old stains on sheets and bed bugs. I ended up staying 1 night only and found somewhere else. My daughter thankfully got a room at Mercure for the night as she was needing to do snibsctetisl shower for surgery the next day. The room was not cut out for this. She got bitten by bed bugs for over a 20min rest before we were going out for dinner.

The room was spotless and the staff was helpful too.

Room clean, quiet room. Basic but fine. AC worked.

Clean room but very small. Air conditioner worked well but was noisy and very close when your laying in bed? Friendly staff at check in. No wifi. Very basic breakfast and two of the four toaster slots didn’t work.

The lady at the counter helped me out as my booking was mixed up. Thanks again.
