I liked the art room. The staffs were very nice and helpful. It rain in my stay period and the rain wet the floor of my room.

想延長住幾天,但收費太貴,應該優惠給予客戶。 參加一日遊收費AUD66 但沒有入動物園,和沙灘,只是路經, 實在有點被騙人的感覺。

The hotel location is good and convenience. But do not live in lower floor because when the truck stop by or passing by will be very noises.

Checking in offsite is a bit inconvenient.

After hours key collection was confusing. Requested 2 single beds but got 1 king. Quality of towels was ordinary. A budget stay for a short time, not a good time.

Bathroom drain smelled & needed a clean. Room wasn't serviced one day & I ran out of instant coffee for the room. Otherwise it is a handy. clean and safe - I like the place. Putting this in a review will hopefully help focus on maintaining the place.

The room itself was fine but there was no onsite reception so could not report that the tv didn’t work. The pillows were also far too thick, and we were charged for parking we didn’t use.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent friendly staff. Will stay again.

Very tidy room, close to good bars and restaurants. Nice area within walking distance to public transport. Linked to the Old Lion Hotel where the bistro had great vale daily specials.

I would not at all ever stay at this hotel. It is old and warn and they charge a ridiculous amount of money for it. You have to go to a separate hotel with a different name to get the key. It has no one at the actual hotel.

Clean room everything i needed, shower head could be replaced, and aircon made a weird noise, but i had ear plugs. Id stay there again for a one night stay. Great location

Honestly, this isn’t a such a great little hotel. Will stay here in the future. Nice to be out of the CBD and feel part of a cool neighborhood.

The word Majestic is a form of the word Majesty which means grand or large. This hotel should have been called The Melbourne Street Broome Closet but if tiny where the only problem, you could understand that. The rooms look like someone decided they would get kindergarteners and let them loose. Yes, one or two of the rooms (and we have sadly stayed in 3) you can tolerate paintings on the wall.. barely. We were shifted 3 times because the first room had a broken TV, the walls were akin to a fever dream, on the walls and ceiling. That may be able to be tolerated if the room has someplace else to look. They described the room to me, a wheelchair user as accessible. The room was so small and so poorly laid out that for me to leave I had to lay on the bed, put the wheelchair in the air, turn it facing out and then put it down. The door to the bathroom was half the wide of a regular door. In room 2, the TV worked, the walls weren't as disturbing but the shower knob came off in my hand. The property (on a weekend where there was a local event) didn't have maintenance staff so the option was .. move a 3rd time. Last room, the balcony door (the outer door) literally was off the rails and the sink in the bathroom knobs could be turned 360... too tired to move. Last day the maid came by to help us by using her master key to get us back in the room (room key was deactivated)... she literally suggested a ghost had locked the room from the inside. Yeah... great location but that is all.

Parking was great value and good location. Room had a musty smell though and decorative pillow had stains.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful . Made checking in a brezze . Beds were so comfortable and my room was comfortable and very clean

I'm not a fussy traveller/reviewer so don't normally give negative reviews but I feel it's my duty to warn others that this place is not worth the money. For the cost, the room was sub-standard in almost every way. Unless absolutely desperate,I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
