I liked where it is situated. Great foodie strip. Chemist close by. Carpets could have been cleaner had a few marks around the bed near the desk. Air conditioning was great. After initial misunderstanding (long flight back to Adelaide) turned out to be very friendly and helpful staff. Parking was good. Would book again. Only missing things were bottled water, knives and folks :)

Second time staying here- it's a nice, cute hotel with a big comfortable bed and the artworks are great. The rooms are small but they got everything that's needed for a short trip.

Upon checkin, both male and female staff were absolutely rude, dismissive, and when I queried the $150 bond request which is NOT in any of the T&C, emails paperwork or on the website when the booking was made and paid for in full, they then spoke to each other in their own language and looked at me and laughed dismissively. Room was clean, shower screen had soap scum, shower head average, A/C poor output and intermittent, and no access to the carport. Disappointed is an understatement with the staff.

Parking was tight but great to off street. Small rooms but enough room for a one night stay. Only criticism is the shower head more like a high pressure hose.

The Hotel itself is quite basic and dated and clearly the low-cost end of all their Hotels. Staff were very pleasant but not very informative. A lot of the rooms TV remotes would only turn the TV on, you couldn’t adjust the volume or channel or open YouTube on Netflix. I don’t think the remote. Match the TV’s. Close to restaurants and bars and public transport. There’s a reason why it’s cheap!

Well, I need to inform Hotels.com. They don’t know what they’re talking about when they list that there is not just a swimming pool but a spa as well and this is phone advertising because it doesn’t even have any information about the Wi-Fi if there is any or if breakfast is available. The small bathroom that was freezing cold even though not with a window had very basic amenities as well as the main studio room. This is definitely a budget hotel which I was unaware of as it is associated with the Majesty and Lion hotel in North Adelaide which are quite expensive. The room I got was right outside the lift on the first and 2nd night when people were in and out all night, which doesn’t help, especially when you’re a light sleeper. I chose to stay another night because it was dirt cheap but now I know why and they put me right down the back however the lovely reverse cycling air-conditioner was blowing the finest bit of warm air out and even after seven hours of having a warm so-called 30C heater on it was just warm and struggled to keep going all night. I don’t know why it keeps on turning on and off maybe it’s about to blow after all it’s N old system. I have some lovely little people across the hallway Had some lovely little people across the hallway who were going Hammer tongs last night with deliveries in and out. I wouldn’t mind their paycheck but I wouldn’t want to be in their shoes when it comes to the law and the bikies. TV remote didn’t work in both ln both rooms.

For the price, it's exactly what you'd expect. The walls and door don't really prevent noise, so you hear every other guest entering and leaving their rooms. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it did he trick for a solo traveler.

Check in is at a different location. Although I booked & paid for parking, apparently, none was available at the actual property. Only managed to secure when advised of mobility issues requiring close proximity, hence booking car park! (We noticed multiple available parks the day of check in, later that evening and again when checking out.) $150 bond taken when not listed anywhere in their T’s & C’s (at time of booking) with customer service rep stating it is released immediately on checkout. A week later and still not reimbursed yet charged again for parking. Check in staff member was quite rude and condescending. I have brought this up with management directly. Rooms are very small. Not able to eat in room as only place to do so is on the bed. All in all, clean and tidy, but will not stay again.

Awful hotel. Very basic, uncomfortable beds, on wheels, sliding around the room. No power points in useful places and check in at their other property, time wasting and annoying, but worst still, the 3 staff at the reception were terribly rude.

I would not at all ever stay at this hotel. It is old and warn and they charge a ridiculous amount of money for it. You have to go to a separate hotel with a different name to get the key. It has no one at the actual hotel.
