这个酒店的服务堪称完美，尤其是晚餐。第一 美味，第二、体贴入微到无以复加的程度。因为让我久等了一点时间，不仅免费赠送一个菜，还给我们的总价打了半折！很意外很惊喜，谢谢！

定的时候叫ＡＬＬ　ＳＥＡＳＯＮＳ，结果开车到了那里找了半天没找到，油也只剩下还能开１０公里左右，加油站都关门了，只能到这家ＭＥＲＣＵＲＥ询问，前台美女说“我们就是ＡＬＬ　ＳＥＡＳＯＮＳ，我们五天前刚改名”．．．．．．好吧，没得到任何通知，不管怎样，算是找到了。８点停晚餐，放下行李就立刻去餐厅点餐了，看在酒店找得无比辛苦的份上，来了分袋鼠肉尝尝，还不错。周边环境安静的出奇，海边的山里，晚上有点冷。酒店设施比较普通，不过我们要求不高，这晚累了睡得不错。

我们预定酒店的时候酒店叫all season，等我们入住时酒店改名成了Mercure，害我们在American river开车来来回回，还好最后确认了下。酒店非常漂亮，我们的房间正对着游泳池，美极了。离punishaw也近，地理位置非常好。

Bed was so comfortable staff friendly & room was clean

Room and bed very comfy. Bistro had good quality and good range of food. Location is wonderful. American River is a sleepy little town and good location to see the rest of Kangaroo Island.

Disappointing. While the hotel is in the process of being extended and refurbished, that did not include the room we stayed in which although spacious and clean was in need of an update. The hanging space and vanity were tiny, especially for such a large room. Eating out options at American River for dinner are extremely limited. Dinner at the hotel was expensive and service not to standard. While the staff were unfailingly polite, helpful and doing their best they were under resourced for the workload. Apparently, a tour bus group had checked in for that night.

Room could be updated but was comfortable. Guest laundry was unkempt and needs full overhaul. General property not what we would expect from Mercure and overpriced.

The staff were great the room could be better.

Clean room, great bar staff and great spot to stop on a great trip to K I.

The room was a little tired and in need of a good clean, but the onsite facilities and staff were great. We especially enjoyed eating at the Reflections restaurant.

Nice lodge location, outdated room requiring upgrade. Room with cobwebs around window and dirty curtains. Nice and helpfull staff.

Staff was amazing . Highlight was free goodies to enjoy and the room was amazing .

Great staff

Room was excellent. Pool was also very good. Staff were friendly and helpful too. If I was staying on KI again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here
