As a family of 5 it ticked all the boxes. Pool, dining, the room was excellent. Breakfast was delicious!

Staff were amazing, let me check in an hour early and check out an hour later. Modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was yummy. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Only thing I noticed was a little mould on the roof above shower, which will be a health hazard.

The breakfast menu was lukewarm, and the plates were not washed properly; food was still stuck to them, so they were just swapped over.

Our room was clean, tidy and had everything you'd expect in a mid-tier hotel. The staff are so friendly and approachable, and the buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise and exceptional for a hotel buffet. The heated tropical pool is of a generous size with a little slide for the kids (or kid within you!) This place is seriously slept on considering how close it is to all the hot tourist spots. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're on the Gold Coast!

Fantastic customer service by Constance & her front desk colleague - was impressed with efficient smiling booking in; smooth flow of information sheet, parking & rm location to entrances to hotel, buffet, bar & verified payment & rm keys within 10 mins.
Room excellent, had issues with Netfix as it cldnt log on but was given complimentary drinks which satisfied my concerns for my stay. Was offered a rm with operating Netfix but as the service was awesome just was happy to settle in. Will be back & will let friends, colleagues & family know abt this gem in Mermaid Waters Gold Coast.
