I found the staff very helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to have the restaurant on the premises and the coffee was great. Wonderful to be so close to the tram and train station.

Easy to check in and the room was great.

shower was very very small and could not buy drinking water at the hotel - helpful member of staff gave a glass of water.

Room was great, nice and quiet, but the bed was super uncomfortable. Rock hard. There was also no extra bedding or pillows at all.

The way that hotels make beds is not for the comfort of the customer but for the appearance of the room. As usual I ended up unmaking and remaking the bed to make it possible to sleep In comfort. I can’t believe anyone likes feeling like they are in a Straight jacket when they sleep. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable enough.

Staff arranged parking for my large work van in the front carpark which was handy .

Novotel is within walking distance to our relatives. Our room was cleaned daily. Quality of room is very nice.

Great all round, would stay there again. Plenty of car parking.

Staff at breakfast buffet was extremely rude. The blonde lady with a top knot checking the rooms for breakfast order shouted at me and told me to lower my voice. Then she said she is working very hard. The Asian waiter refused to refill the flavoured yogurt saying it doesn’t need a refill. The chia pudding was empty for an hour and was not refilled at all.

Bed was meant to be a king, but was two beds pushed together which made it uncomfortable as the two beds kept coming apart.
