Le cadre est exceptionnel : on se retrouve plongé dans la nature où nous avons pu observer des animaux (perroquets, opossum et même une sorte de renard) le logement est bien décoré et confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la visite privée (avant l’horaire d’ouverture du parc) qui nous a permis de voir les koalas un peu plus actifs. En bonus il y a une belle piscine et un accès à des machines à laver .

Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.

Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.

我們約下午五點半抵達營地，服務處已關門，不過我們以電話聯絡並在門外的保險櫃取得我們房間的鑰匙。屋內空間很大，足夠我們四個人使用，有按摩浴缸，但蓮蓬頭是固定在按摩浴缸的壁上，所以要使用浴缸得先盥洗完再放水。一個雙人床臥室及客廳的沙發床供睡眠。廚房無抽油煙機，所以最好不要煮一些油煙大的食物。

We thoroughlu enjoyed our stay at the koala sanctuary. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable amd well equipped. The staff were enthusiastic, pleasant and knowledgable. Nelson and Anna Bay are beautiful beaches nearby and we enjoyed our dolohon cruise and visit Tamoora natioan park. It was great to support the excellent work done by the centre by staying here. Highly recommended

This property is amazing. So comfortable, clean, with a breakfast basket and late check in possibilities. The access to koalas is unprecedented. What a great place. The only downside is the poor signal/wifi/phone connection but that is not something the facility can do anything about.
