Room was really nice bed was nice and comfortable. But the room service was a complete let down, food portions were small and food had absolutely no flavour at all. we got a fair few items as we were hungry but still had to get uber eats to satisfy ourselves after a full day of driving, as the overnight menu did not have much and we didn’t want to order more especially when we couldn’t order drinks to accompany it.The dessert was the saving grace they were delicious.

Parking is a problem even with valet and the outside area was covered in hundreds of used cigarette butts laying on the ground.
I stay here for convenience and staff are polite.
Room and breakfast a bit pricey.

Very basic 5-star hotel, no luxury. I would say more like a great 4 star hotel than 5. Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean. Valet parking was not available during our stay and also no help with luggages.
