Everything's great except that the teapot provided during breakfast was not clean once in the 5-day stay. The staffs have always been friendly and the room was nicely prepared.

Hotel Room is too old Time to renovate

Helpful staff, nice facilities, cold fruit infused water to start your day. Seamless, no issues at all.

Easy access to the town centre and lots of restaurants

Staff were very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Room comfortable. Food menu is very limited and food itself is below par for a 4 star hotel

Good value, good rooms, and good breakfeast

Didn't order breakfast, room clean but needs to be refurbished. Ironing board had no padding hence needed to put towel under to allow clothes to iron properly. Cost $22 to park the car. Much better places in Cairns, probably won't stay again same price or below. Bed and pillows comfortable.

You walk into the foyer and believe that this is a 5 star hotel. But only the foyer is. The hallways leading to the rooms have threadbare carpet coming apart at the seams, with dirty walls and bad plaster patching, grimy room doors, badly in need of a new coat of paint. My 2 night stay on the 16th floor was in a dated room with almost see through curtains. Some of the lights above the beds worked...but not all. You also wouldn't expect single ply paper in the bathroom. My flight into Cairns saw me arrive at the hotel at 12. My room wasn't ready and I was told housekeeping would be alerted.. but it was another 90 minutes before my room was ready. Perhaps I booked the cheapest room in the hotel - I can't compare to other rooms, but having stayed at 5 star hotels in other places, this hotel definitely does not rate that high.
