Pullman Cairns International

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Cairns International and would absolutely recommend it. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping did an excellent job. You indicate when you would like your room cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could possibly need, making it extremely comfortable for a longer stay. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. It’s within walking distance to just about everything: grocery stores, the famous Night Markets, the marina wharf for excursions to Green Island or Fitzroy Island, and a wide variety of restaurants. If you’re staying in this area, you really don’t need a car. However, if you’re planning day trips to places like Port Douglas or the Daintree Rainforest, renting a car is a good idea. There’s affordable parking nearby through Secure Parking (pay via app). We paid just $6 per day, and it’s only about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel also offers on-site parking for $22 per day for added convenience, and you only pay for the days you need, not the entire stay. Overall, an excellent hotel with great service, a prime location, and comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had every amenity. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained as well as comfortable. The location was very convenient for tours, dining and shopping.

Room was spot on, Bed was very comfortable …. Aliddle water i drained out of my esky to replace with fresh ice on the Balcony sat around on tiles & did not drain into drainage grate either side of Balcony.

Perfect stay! We had a brilliant night. Swimming pool is gorgeous! Staff were so delightful and brilliant. Couldn’t fault a thing. Room was impeccable - we were very very happy! Thank you!

Lovely refurbished clean room. Amazing foyer! Staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping did not replenish our water or milk though, so a little inconvenienced, however they promply brought more when i requested. Breakfast nice, a little pricey though. Dining and hallways on guest room floors was freezing!

市街地の真ん中にあり、どこに行くにも徒歩圏内で非常に便利でした。外見は少し古いですが、中は非常に綺麗で高級ホテルのようになっており、その点も問題なしでした。当日早朝に着きましたが、追加料金で即部屋に入居できたのもよかったです。スタッフに日本人のかたもいらっしゃり、朝食も美味しく、特に問題という問題はない大満足のホテルでした。

I like the hotel for the price except for the pillow is too high and bulky it’s hurt my neck. Breakfast buffet is not a good ideas since they are serving the same thing every morning.

Good location to be, especially if you are here to board or disembark on cruise. Good food eats around as well as touristy shops, with ease of excursion outings.

客室は清潔で気持ちよく使用できました。 プールサイドの一部は工事中でしたが施設自体は問題なく使用出来ました。人工芝のエリアに卓球やテーブルサッカーなども置いてあり、子供達も楽しかったようです。

スタッフの方は日本語を話せる方が多く、安心でした。ロビーは南国リゾート風のステキな雰囲気で、客室は新しく改装されていてキレイでした。スーパーにも船乗り場にも近く、カジノは向かいにあって、ロケーションも抜群です！

Nothing to fault. Service, Rooms, Food and Fun exceptional

From arrival to departure we were very happy with our stay. We were a little early for check in but were happily accommodated and allowed to leave our hire car (about to be returned) at the front entrance while we unloaded and took our luggage up to our room. We stayed in one of the Superior City/Mountain rooms on level 7 and had a great view over the newly refurbished pool area and beyond to the city and hills. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, a small balcony and many nice touches throughout. We enjoyed cocktails by the pool and happy hour at the bar during our stay - both great. The pool area was a lovely place to hang out (even though some of the new decking does not appear to be quite complete, this did not impact our use if the pool). The water temperature was perfect on a hot day - slightly refreshing when you first get in but perfect for cooling off, and the spa pool was nice and hot if you wanted to warm up. The location is great, easily walkable to the lagoon, wharf area, a woolworths for essentials and many eating options. Rusty's Market for some great fruit selections was about a 10 min walk and the shopping centre just a little further. All staff we encountered (including cleaning staff) were friendly and helpful and we were very happy with our choice (we had considered many options in Cairns). We would happily stay here again.

The service was exceptional and the Spa went above and beyond, surprising us with a birthday dessert at the end!
