Good location to be, especially if you are here to board or disembark on cruise. Good food eats around as well as touristy shops, with ease of excursion outings.

Room was cleaned to perfection each day. Staff very friendly (and knowledgeable). A great holiday!!

客室は清潔で気持ちよく使用できました。 プールサイドの一部は工事中でしたが施設自体は問題なく使用出来ました。人工芝のエリアに卓球やテーブルサッカーなども置いてあり、子供達も楽しかったようです。

スタッフの方は日本語を話せる方が多く、安心でした。ロビーは南国リゾート風のステキな雰囲気で、客室は新しく改装されていてキレイでした。スーパーにも船乗り場にも近く、カジノは向かいにあって、ロケーションも抜群です！

Nothing to fault. Service, Rooms, Food and Fun exceptional

From arrival to departure we were very happy with our stay. We were a little early for check in but were happily accommodated and allowed to leave our hire car (about to be returned) at the front entrance while we unloaded and took our luggage up to our room. We stayed in one of the Superior City/Mountain rooms on level 7 and had a great view over the newly refurbished pool area and beyond to the city and hills. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, a small balcony and many nice touches throughout. We enjoyed cocktails by the pool and happy hour at the bar during our stay - both great. The pool area was a lovely place to hang out (even though some of the new decking does not appear to be quite complete, this did not impact our use if the pool). The water temperature was perfect on a hot day - slightly refreshing when you first get in but perfect for cooling off, and the spa pool was nice and hot if you wanted to warm up. The location is great, easily walkable to the lagoon, wharf area, a woolworths for essentials and many eating options. Rusty's Market for some great fruit selections was about a 10 min walk and the shopping centre just a little further. All staff we encountered (including cleaning staff) were friendly and helpful and we were very happy with our choice (we had considered many options in Cairns). We would happily stay here again.

The service was exceptional and the Spa went above and beyond, surprising us with a birthday dessert at the end!

The staff were exceptional especially Manny and Michael Kemp. Manny went above and beyond in service, hospitality and kindness. He truly made our stay worth while. The rooms were definitely 4 1/2 star, very clean, updated and modern with a classy design. The food at breakfast was excellent! Tasty and delicious and had everything you could want, even for fussy eaters. Pool area was lovely, great for kids and adults. Definitely will be returning when next in cairns.

Hotel situato in zona centrale all' inizio del boardwalk che conduce all' Esplanade.Bella la grande elegante Hall. La camera assegnataci era spaziosa con arredi moderni e un bel balcone ,attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, con vista sulla citta'.il Bagno era dotato di una doccia semi aperta che allagava il pavimento. Purtroppo la pulizia era poco accurata, veniva solo rifatto il letto, nel bagno gli asciugamani non venivano sostituiti.Ho trovato la colazione poco assortita di dolci e con prodotti non di qualita'.

Great location, with wonderful facilities. Our room was large and comfortable, with amazing views and balcony access. Friendly, efficient staff made our stay so enjoyable.

Good location by the harbour and shops. Good condition gym with fresh fruits. Laundry available. 14/7 front desk. Slower internet but still excellent value.

清潔で部屋も広く、便利な立地だったので、とても良かったです。有料ですがアーリーチェックインができたのも良かったです。
