Great Hotel!!! Big rooms! Clean!

You walk into the foyer and believe that this is a 5 star hotel. But only the foyer is. The hallways leading to the rooms have threadbare carpet coming apart at the seams, with dirty walls and bad plaster patching, grimy room doors, badly in need of a new coat of paint. My 2 night stay on the 16th floor was in a dated room with almost see through curtains. Some of the lights above the beds worked...but not all. You also wouldn't expect single ply paper in the bathroom. My flight into Cairns saw me arrive at the hotel at 12. My room wasn't ready and I was told housekeeping would be alerted.. but it was another 90 minutes before my room was ready. Perhaps I booked the cheapest room in the hotel - I can't compare to other rooms, but having stayed at 5 star hotels in other places, this hotel definitely does not rate that high.

The room was beautiful, staffs are friendly and accomodating. I loved how they have a water table at the front entrance for guests to self serve, it was very convenient on the hot day.

朝に荷物を預かっていただきました。 部屋はとても清潔できれいでした。 朝食もおいしかったです。 廊下の冷房だけ寒すぎたので、もうちょっと温度を上げてもよいのではと思いました。 受付には日本人の方はいませんでしたが皆さん優しく対応してくださりました。、朝食会場には日本人のスタッフの方もいました。 道路を挟んで向かいにあるプルマンリーフホテル（カジノ）の方にも出てすぐに入ることができます。リーフホテルの迎がおおいいのですが、こちらのインターナショナルの方に宿泊しても問題なく楽しめると思います。

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Cairns International and would absolutely recommend it. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly courteous, welcoming, and professional. Housekeeping did an excellent job. You indicate when you would like your room cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could possibly need, making it extremely comfortable for a longer stay. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest highlights. It’s within walking distance to just about everything: grocery stores, the famous Night Markets, the marina wharf for excursions to Green Island or Fitzroy Island, and a wide variety of restaurants. If you’re staying in this area, you really don’t need a car. However, if you’re planning day trips to places like Port Douglas or the Daintree Rainforest, renting a car is a good idea. There’s affordable parking nearby through Secure Parking (pay via app). We paid just $6 per day, and it’s only about a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel also offers on-site parking for $22 per day for added convenience, and you only pay for the days you need, not the entire stay. Overall, an excellent hotel with great service, a prime location, and comfortable rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had every amenity. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained as well as comfortable. The location was very convenient for tours, dining and shopping.
