有泳池，但水温不太暖

Great location and superb service.

Location is really good and the ambience is nice. Staff was helpful and friendly and the check-in and check-out was smooth. The breakfast had multiple options and was good. The main bed was OK but the sofa bed made crunching sound every time someone moved. The shower area really needs some work. The shower water was all over the bathroom and their was no fan to reduce the humidity - became foggy in few seconds.

Check in and out was seamless. Staff were lovely, especially Bella who answered all my questions so patiently. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We especially appreciated how quiet it was in our room, as we really needed a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. I would definitely stay again. Thank you

Staff were friendly when checking in and out. Breakfast was a nice buffet with plenty of selections. Pool was indoors, nice and clean. Room was modern, clean and quiet.

Great value- clean hotel with restaurant and pool. Rooms were very comfortable. Would stay again!

Room looked tired and run down, dark and smelt. Fridge wasn’t working and a power point that was not even safe to use. Areas of room weren’t cleaned properly just to mention the main faults. Upon checking in staff were not helpful at all and clearly did not want to be there. All in all a very bad experience.

Great beds clean and would definitely stay again

Some staff rude not helpful. Information about parking and breakfast were different between morning and night staff. Bar working hours were not clear.

Room was lathe and clean, all we wanted. Staff were great. Will come back!

Room service for evening food was the worst we have experienced at any hotel. Food even came without a cover - this seems extraordinary in this day and age! We eat breakfasts elsewhere given previous experience here. Shower literally rained on toilet however advised renovations on the cards. Good position, very friendly staff.

In our room was only a very squeaky office chair. Common areas very worn and dirty. Rooms was clean as was the bathroom. Perhaps just the time of year, but the hallway was constantly occupied by uncontrolled screaming children. Breakfast was very good
