Very goo place to stay, good facilities location.

菲利普岛的入口，适合看企鹅后尽早休息，酒店风景很好

Very nice resort with reasonable price. Near Phillip Island and offer late check in services.

A very clean new hotel. Large playground for kids. The only thing is there are gap between curtain, so beware when getting changed. Worth the money

there are so many ants in the kitchen and the BBQ site area. the resort facilities is perfect like the swimming pool, the basketball site..etc.

Resort 房間好漂亮，環境很好，好舒服，小朋友好喜歡。由於我們是自駕遊，要注意under 7歲要用car seat . Resort 近Philip Island ，所以方便去睇小企鵝。 Resort 附近有IGA supermarket 好方便，可以買餸返去煮,又可以享受下間酒店。 唯一為中不足就是早上10時check out,即是香港時間8時。

The room and the amenities were amazing and very clean. The staff were fabulous and so is the food.

Rooms are run down, could do with some maintenance and upgrading

Grundsätzlich ist es eine schöne Anlage aber leider sehr abgewohnt. Der (sehr kalte) Pool und Das Gym haben bessere Tage gesehen. Die Gartenmöbel auf unserem Balkon waren total dreckig und mit Spinnenweben voll. Die eine Seite konnten wir gar nicht nutzen auf der anderen Seite haben wir 1h geputzt. Dafür gibt es aber strenge regeln, wenn man das Geschirr nicht richtig abwäscht 50$ Strafe. Ich hätte auch gerne 50$ discount pro Balkon bekommen. Der Ausblick war aber schön. Das Bett war sehr hart. Unterm Strich war es in Ordnung.

Room was good. Staff was excellent. TV stopped working, was reported, no repair person attended, TV remained unrepaired.

Room was great. Perfect spot. Only drawback was the shower over the bath. Pictures on website did not show this.

This resort was beautiful and in a great location. The room was clean and modern. Beautiful view of the bay from balcony. I would stay there again. Wish they had a late night menu or snacks to purchase. We arrived late after a 9-hour drive and there was nothing open in the immediate area. We went to a McDonald’s (11pm-close) and OTR gas station which was open.
