The location is superb, I’ve stayed a few times, whilst the rooms are great in size - they could do with a makeover, new carpets, couches & bathroom / shower area would definitely elevate the room experience. The indoor pool area is good, would suggest a high pressure clean, some signs of dirt build up etc.

Resort 房間好漂亮，環境很好，好舒服，小朋友好喜歡。由於我們是自駕遊，要注意under 7歲要用car seat .
Resort 近Philip Island ，所以方便去睇小企鵝。
Resort 附近有IGA supermarket 好方便，可以買餸返去煮,又可以享受下間酒店。
唯一為中不足就是早上10時check out,即是香港時間8時。

The pictures are outdated. The room was warm out. The shower water was cold. Not enough shampoo etc was left for 4 people. Outside area was not clean. When reported to reception nothing was done about it, no reasonable refund was offered. Cold shower just is not acceptable. Queen bed felt like a double bed size, it was small. Only good thing was the view. Spa water was too hot. Steam room was too hot. Could not enjoy amenities

Terrible mold in room black hairs in bathroom pool area dirty pool furniture tired umbrellas a cleaner came in at 8 am lucky door latch was on don’t stay there it’s a shame that place 6 yrs ago was lovely new owners running into the ground a caravan park would of been better

Great staff, jumping pillow a hit, breakfast was good and good value.
Downside is not being guaranteed upfront to be able to check in before 3pm. For an overnight stay in a 2 bedroom aprtmt and being in at 3pm out by 10am - it's not a long time. Other thing is the requirement to clean the dishes and take out the rubbish. I may as well have not left home...
But overall I enjoyed it and would be back.
