Love staying at the Sofitel as it is a great location with the tram stop so close. Our room was perfect and staff as always were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes - such a treat! All staff in the Lounge were lovely but in particular Anna was a standout.

Stayed there 7 nights and honestly it's quite disappointed. No free wifi, no bottle water provided, need to pay for local telephone calls. Not everything refilled everydays........
