Lokasinya nyaman banget dekat dengan Darling Harbour. Mau ke Opera House tinggal jalan kaki, sepanjang jalan yang dilewati maupun belakang hotel adalah cafe-cafe… Rame, nyaman & estetik. Nyari makanan gampang. Transportasi umum ke mana-mana ada light rail, bus. Best location deh

Great location so close to all the harbor activities. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Things are a bit worn in the hallways and common areas. Needs new carpet. Very convenient for cruise ship stop over.

Walking distance to everything in the Rocks, the train station and ferries.

Early check in and bag drop available
Hotel and room is dated and tired. Needs refurbishment especially the bathroom.
Poor water pressure, slow to empty sink, very tired and dated and in poor condition.
Bed comfortable.
Spa not working, but is warm.
Would stay again, but only recommend for its location and friendly staff

Everything was wonderful except shower, tub, & bathroom walls needed a simple quick scrub with mold & mildew cleaner. Requested it be ckeaned 2 days in a row & nothing was done. I even explained I tried to remove a couple areas with only water & a paper towel.... which would remove 80% of it. Imagine if cleaner and 5-10 minutes of attention was used. They said "well its an old hotel"..... then proceeded to do nothing. Obvious pictures of black mold with an obvious $2 of cleaning solution presented, then ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE is unacceptable! Super surprised everthing else could be great, then they blow it on this!

The location was excellent and couldn't be better for access to the bridge, the opera house and circular key. The hotel was a bit dated and the room was quite small but overall I would recommend it and I would go there again.
