Both rooms were clean. They didn't have the room I reserved in the beginning, but, they got me one for the next night. Entire staff were great. Hotel wa literally a 5 minute or less walk from the cruise terminal and the ferry wharves. Will stay again.

Staff friendly - though clean you can see the bathrooms need updating - kind of small bathrooms but would appear to be bigger if you replaced baths with showers - was a fantastic location for departing on a cruise - we will Stay there again

Terrible hotel, not well maintained. During night if someone takes a shower you can hear the pipes making a huge noise. They actually made me awake. Very very expensive for the type of hotel it is. Ok it is in a good place but the rest is an absolute shame

Although the hotel is dated and the room could have used a more through vacuum, it is in an idea location for much of the sites and things we wanted to see in Sydney. The proximity to the Opera House, Sydney Bridge etc... were great. The views of the area from the pool area were excellent once the cruise ship that was docked in Circular Quay. Staff were helpful and kind. All of the good things cancelled out the not so great and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and had the same opinion: fantastic location for the buzz, the history, the transport. But the poor old place is very worn out. The elevators in particular had all us befuddled guests wondering which floor we were at - more work needed here. Being cynical, I wonder if the owners know they can fill the hotel no matter what. But, having said that, it is clean, safe, and I would definitely stay there again. And a huge shout out to the guy on the front desk early 27 Oct: he didn’t have a name tag but he was so helpful and obliging. A whole lot of people in the hospitality business could take a leaf out of his book.

The location is excellent. Bed is comfortable. We’ve stayed here under another brand many years ago. The rooms are now becoming tired. The bathroom needed either a super heavy duty clean or a full refurbish. The staff were friendly & allowed early check in as our room was ready. Partial view of the harbour bridge was a bonus. Unfortunately we are still resolving an over charge by the property.

Great location. Front desk people are helpful and friendly. The hotel and the room are so dated. Bathroom is especially dated especially the bathroom. It looks dirty and shower curtain smells awful.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal hier. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Von der Vielfalt an Obst und warmen Speisen ( Eier, Bohnen, Speck etc. ), Toast etc. abgesehen, gab es nur eine Sorte Käse und Schweineschinken. Hier wäre eine größere Auswahl wünschenswert. Ansonsten top .

Very close to the harbor and walking distance to the bridge. The room smelled bad, industrial carpet and mildew on the bathroom tile. The room was ok for the price and I would probably stay there again. It just needs better care.

全体的にホコリが多かった。テレビを横にずらしたらホコリが出てきたが、翌日以降の清掃依頼をしても綺麗にならなかった。 清掃以後のカップには口紅がのこっていたり、枕に血の跡みたいな汚れがあり、明らかに誰かの使い回しが感じられる不愉快さ。
