Pros: 1. Convenient location, G-link is very close to hotel 2. Supermarket, restaurants near hotel 3. Great view 4. Enough space Cons: 1. No housekeeping unless 8 night stays

Really nice new apartment, nice view, good price, full equipment, but only one thing need improve is the blanket is fleece blanket, not comfort enough

No ocean view When I rang staff to let know they had not documented my car rego for the third time I was abused by a staff member , I then realised it was a deliberate tactic on a tow away zone by an evil staff member Could not get any clarity in this and was subjected to more abuse by a supposed management staff member Nope don’t recommend this place at all very poor treatment Also missed a medical app did to this staff abuse Well done 👍 I would not wish travelling Australia upon anyone expensive and useless at best on a good day still average

No we didn’t have ocean views.We had a lovely stay for 8 days and enjoyed it very much, so close to shopping centre,beach, and great lunches at casino. We are going back at the end of year.Would definitely recommend .

Good location close to beach restaurants and entertainment.

Great place

Reception were so welcoming. All of the staff were amazing. The room was pristine. Will not stay anywhere else moving forward. The location was absolutely ideal. No complaints at all.

Clean room

Room had a dirty stained couch. Curtains in bedroom need replacing as they are well worn with holes. There was no electricity on the last day so the bathroom was pitch black and we couldn’t shower. And on one night the tv had no signal so we couldn’t watch tv. The receptionist did offer us another room the day after we arrived but we had already unpacked and settled in. When one chooses accommodation you expect to get full services and expected conditions.

Good location , unpleasant stay Convenient location. Close to the tram stop, Broadbeach and the beach. Staff were good, amenities were okay, gym air conditioner was out of order and one of the two lifts were out of order a few times during our stay. Cons Owners pool party December 6 Packed with kids In the water all day , limited access for guests of the hotel. Went into the pool the next morning and the water was not clean. Same people and families from the owners party arrived again to access the pool the next day. This is just one of cons of a hybrid hotel/apartment complex. December 9th morning, some random guy knocks on the door at 8:30AM telling us about a drainage issue on the balcony. We had no idea about it and just told him that we are not sure. He came in had a look and left… Hotel staff never advised us. Overall ok.

The staff was nice. The room was not clean to our expectations. The garbage was not thrown out. The towel had so much lint falling out as we used it. But location was good.

Room spotless, staff friendly

The room had a huge range of appliances which came in handy during our stay. Facilities were very clean and the staff were super helpful. After hours check in was super smooth which was nice after a long day of travelling. Thank you!

Room was dated. Furniture was old. Bedding ok but minimal. Clothes airer rusted and in need of replacement

Great place to day, room was clean, easy to find and parking onside was easy to deal with, staff are great for booking, small walk to the shops and short dive to surfers Paradise
