The Larwill Studio is a nice and neat hotel with good service, staff are friendly and helpful. Location is also good, it's about 15 minutes by tram to the city center, and it's near the park, zoo and Melbourne University, a tranquil area. The room is spacious and clean with a lot of light. The park view is certainly a plus. Next time when I return to Melbourne will certainly choose Larwill again.

It is a warm and quiet hotel. A little bit away from downtown but not so far away. The most important you own a big park beside the hotel. My daughter enjoyed taking a bike a lot.

everything okay, except 1) no refill for conditioner. 2) Didn't change the beddings, instead just tidy up. We saw the same stain appears at the same place for few nights. 3) No cafe /restaurant in the hotel building operates at night

The rooms were so clean the whole hotel is very clean and closed the hospitals and the city.we would definitely come back to.
The only thing is the cafe should have more meal choices in the morning. big breakfast ( halumi . Chorizo sausages.)

Room was spacious and clean. I booked the two singles for my daughter and myself, the beds were pleasantly bigger than I was expecting, both doubles. Very comfortable and lovely linen. It was very good value for money.

Stayed for my partners birthday over new years, Place was nice, good art work! Good customer service, they left us a nice treat which was sweet! though our bathroom stank and was a bit dirty with hair everywhere, and glass under the table near the bed. Our cutlery and dishes were dirty!!
