An overnight stay of work. Close to rail and light rail and the Stonehouse Cafe provided quick service and a very reasonable menu re options and prices. Good quality wifi for video conferencing and spacious room. Very quiet for my stay on the fifth floor.

we stayed at the VIBE Hotel for 4 nights. It started with a very bad wi-fi, but the Manager, Ms Rosy, was very helpful and she was very accommodating. Very good is an understatement of how she was able to help and arrange things for us. She is fantastic!!!!! Every hotel should have someone like Ms. Rosy. Thank you Rosy....you were extra extra nice!
We are very happy!!! Wish to extend our stay, but we can no longer cancel our booking from our next hotel.
Thank you Vibe....will be back sooner.....

I would request a minimum of 25% refund. I was shocked by my room. When I mentioned this I was told that “as we are central that’s why the price is so high” I was then given breakfast but don’t feel this is enough given the amount I paid

Great location but the room needs a refurbishment. It would be nice to have basic amenities like slippers and toothbrush ready in the room.
It also needs more housekeeping staff during the weekend because we were told our room was still not ready at 3:30pm (check-in time was at 3pm, but luckily it was ready after a 10/15-minute wait). Most staff were friendly and helpful except for one lady at the reception- she needs to more smile.
