房間寬敞 早餐很好吃 但週末會辦活動 會很吵雜

Different price for twin bed room and double room, but the only difference is to put bed together or separate Suggest to book twin bed room

服務人員到房間整潔，都很好 ，客房內還準備了三層點心盤，讓人好開心，牆壁上的掛飾還有兩顆蘋果，不過……點心籃的最上層是芥末口味的脆果子，太辣了……還有蘋果有一顆的鮮脆度不太夠……，早餐餐廳的菜色好，還有寬敞度是一般飯店少見的大哦 ！

excellent hotel

地理位置不錯，方便去各個景點。酒店不是新裝修，感覺有點陳舊，但乾淨企理的，而且分配的房間還有浴缸！員工friendly and helpful，很不錯! 房間大且床也十分舒適，而這個價錢來說，是值得推薦的!

Sauberes und ausreichend großes Zimmer. Ausreichendes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sogar einige vegane Optionen, die uns im Vorfeld bei der Buchung auch wichtig waren. Die waren zwar eher übersichtlich (Soja-, Hafermilch, veganer Aufstrich - aber es gab sie! Tagesweise allerdings hoher Andrang, das kann man aber zugegebenermassen selber beeinflussen, wenn man zeitlich flexibel und bereit dazu ist ...

Odanın havalandırması iyi değildi. Odada terlik yoktu, istedik, çalışan yok yarın sabah getirelim dediler. Zaten 1 günlüğüne kalacaktık, resepsiyondaki kişiye başka yerde de aynı sorunu yaşadığımızı, gidip servis odasından alıp bize getirdiklerini söyledim. Resepsiyondaki kişi pek umursamadı bu talebimizi. Kahvaltı da tuzlu seçenekleri yok, her şey tatlı/şekerli. Ulaşım ise tarihi yerlere uzak. Bir çok araç değiştirmeniz gerekiyor.

Frühstück war fantasik. zu viele Leute um das Buffet gedrängt. mit der Zeit beruhigte es sich dann.Wir kommen wieder.

Bien situé

The hotel was very clean and cozy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant staff let the team down. I once tried to order room service and the restaurant would not pick up the phone and then when they finally picked it up, they hung up the phone right away. When I asked at reception, I was told that the restaurant must be very busy. I also had another unpleasant experience at the restaurant during breakfast. I walked towards an empty table that was free and as I put the plate down, the waiter came over and told me to move because another couple wanted to sit there. The couple came over with their plates and I was just standing there, not knowing what to do with myself… he did not even offer a different table, just told me to move, it was such an unpleasant experience and so, so rude to treat guests like this. This really took away from the whole experience, I think that if the restaurant staff were professional and friendly, I’d give a 5 star rating.

Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

Super Frühstück

Great location for cafes and so close to the train. The hotel was clean. I was unaware that this hotel charged per person, and I was dismayed when I had to pay an extra €150 because my husband was there - but they didn’t change my room… I’m confused what the extra money is for. A female at the front desk was unreasonably cold, and made us wonder what attracted her to the hospitality field. We are not going back to this hotel.

The front gate unexpectedly knocked guests are required to use alternate gate by ringing bell. Staff are nice generally
