This was a lovely hotel. It had lots of character in a great atmosphere. Fun afternoon ape at the bar. Staff was very friendly great decor and design rooms were comfortable. The sauna and gym downstairs are excellent.

Perfekte Lage um Wiens historische Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Schöne Zimmer, nur die Klima war ein bisschen laut. Das Gym war das beste, was wir je in einem Hotel hatten: mehrere Hantelbanken + diverse Kurz- und Lanhanteln sowie eine Multipresse, ein Rack, ein großer Kabelturm, eine Beinstrecker und -beuger Maschine, Latzug und genug Cardio Möglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war lecker mit einer frischen Zubereitung der Gerichte, direkt hinter dem Buffet. Neben diversen Ei-Varianten gab es einige vegetarische Aufstriche sowie eine kleine Auswahl an Käse- und Wurstspezialitäten. Der Frühstücksbereich selbst hat uns besonders gut gefallen, da dieser durch die Deckenfenster und Bepflanzung sehr hell und grün ist.

Stayed on the top floor. The suite was incredible. Definitely will be booking again.

Honestly one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in, and a superb choice for a Vienna city break. It's so central, right on the doorstep of the museum quarter and five minutes from the Rathaus. The reception staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The room themselves are a joy with some nice little details (love the turntable and record collection), a great shower, super comfy bed and decent air con. Breakfast was well worth it with a great buffet for €20. There are also some very good Austrian wines on offer in the bar in the evening. Choosing this place really made the stay - would come back in a heartbeat.

Rooms were clean, food was good. Staff were extremely helpful. Our room was on the street, between that noise and the doors to each room slam it was a little noisy otherwise very nice stay.

Check‑in was very disappointing. I was the only guest waiting, yet the receptionist (blonde, curly hair) stayed on a phone call about a query on splitting a bill and did not acknowledge me for about 15 minutes. No eye contact, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. After a long journey, this felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it created a very poor first impression of the hotel. Thankfully, other staff members were far better. Joe was the only person who actually welcomed us properly, and the cleaning lady on the third floor went out of her way to help me find an iron. Their kindness stood in sharp contrast to the front‑desk experience. The room was small and basic, though the bathroom was a decent size. The AC worked well, which was essential because it was extremely hot during our stay. There’s no complimentary bottled water — I was simply told to drink from the tap by the same blond, curlyhaired staff. The location is excellent, right by the Museum Quarter and about a 20‑minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, with plenty of food options nearby. Unfortunately, the unprofessional check‑in overshadowed what could have been a much better stay.

The location of the hotel is great, with a metro nearby and walkable to one part of the city center. The hotel is clean and pretty, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it a four, which others may think is fine, is that the (small) room is really small; it is fine with the restaurant being expensive but what really matters are the choices of the menu. My room is facing the inside/roof of the other building; not a pretty sight but was quiet (which is what important to me). I did appreciate the hotel giving a welcome drink and snack at their bar though.

Mycket fint hotell med nära till alla sevärdheter. Dock väldigt armt på rummen och det gick endast att få justerat genom receptionspersonalen som glömde bort att ändra när vi bad dem sänka.

Great location, friendly staff, great showed and toiletries, pretty decent breakfast and overall delightful hotel.

Property was gorgeous and spotless. Staff was nice, let me know ahead of time about a closure for that weekend. Unfortunately i was sick my entire stay, so I got to know the room well, and it was comfy. It is next to a road that can get busy and loud, so I had to close the window at night. Not a big deal at all.

Very nice place except I am allergic to cats and had a reaction in my room. I then looked up to see if they allow pets. I travel a lot and stay at many hotels, but did not think I needed to narrow my search for that. I will moving forward.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended. The breakfast area and overall the hotel is very tastefully designed.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, von dem aus alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen sind. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das nachhaltige Frühstück mit frischen und hochwertigen Produkten war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Zudem sorgen die vielen Grünpflanzen im Hotel für eine besonders angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel – wir kommen gerne wieder.
