Great stay, perfect location & the complimentary wines and soft drinks provided every day were nice!

There are some things need to improve: 1. The bed’s corners are sharp and easy to hurt legs; 2. Bar’s upper corner is sharp and easy to hurt head too; 3. The cleaning lady forgot to refill the tissue and hair wash every day.

太惊险了！现在我的心还在颤抖。事情是这样的:我们随便溜达到了新城区，由于买了很多水果饮料，就打算taxi回酒店。在taxi站，打了一辆黄色出租车——布拉格所有的正规出租车都是黄色的，看不出真假的差别。而且司机非常热情！问我们在布拉格呆的如何 开不开心，还教我们啤酒的捷克语怎么说。谁能想到他是骗子?上车后，我发现两个疑点，第一副驾驶有人，可能是他老婆。第二，没找到计价器。出于这两点，我基本确定自己坐了黑车。然后我马上打开穷游锦囊app查价格:起步40，每公里加20。谷歌地图显示我们大概是三公里。心里有数了。司机也没绕路，几分钟就到了.但是万万没想到，那个热情的司机要价2138克朗，约合人民币700元，还有零有整的。我反复和他确认，是200还是2000，没错，是2000克朗……这时，小诸葛上线了。我说我没带这么多钱，要回房间取，并把我朋友留在了车上。进了大堂我就向前台求救，问他们能不能帮我。当时如果不帮我，我还真不知道怎么办了…报警还是怎样，毕竟他们是本地人。幸运的是，前台小帅哥跟我出来了。并且告诉我，这个价格肯定是不对的。让我别害怕，他去搞定司机。我的天，这一刻，前台帅哥身高一米八！实际上，他可能有一米九……总之帅爆了！本人也真的很帅很帅！几分钟过后，前台小哥确定了价格，300克朗。七倍的差价……！！小哥和我说，司机是坏人，但是捷克也有很多好人。需要打车的时候可以通过前台，或者打电话，他会告诉我大概的价格的。我吓得不轻，但是非常感动地一直点头点头！恨不得把身上所有的钱都给他当小费。再次进大堂的时候所有客人都在看我，好像在问我到底怎样了，我比了一个OK的手势，感觉他们才松了口气。再次感谢前台小哥！这个在布拉格的一个小插曲让我非常感动！

非常好的位置，免费的红酒

重視細節和質感的內部設施,超棒的minibar和咖啡機及很舒適好躺的床和沙發。另外，交通便利，離地鐵和路面電車站很近，離商品街也不遠，走路可到。

Good service with very center of Vienna historic area. The hotel is very modern and cozy. It would be better if they can provide water boiler in the room.

If there is a water boiler available at room is much better

They provide 5 star service with warm welcome, the moment you walk in the door, it doesnt feel like a guest house, its more like home. Great location and really nice service

We booked the hotel through Expedia, I do not recommend this. Book through the property, they will likely provide a better room + overall experience. Ours was an interior room with no sunlight. Upon arrival the room smelled as though it had been smoked it. The front desk was unable to help as they had no other rooms. They offered to spray other “smelly” cleaners, but no other accommodations of any sort were attempted. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, those are the only compliments I can offer. The pillows were awful; the card next to the bed effectively acknowledges the softness of the pillows and guests are encouraged to contact service for more firm pillows, which we did; however, they were out of firm pillows. The A/C and or fan in the room did not work, overnight it was very hot and stuffy. We went to the restaurant before a symphony, the restaurant at the hotel is one you SHOULD SKIP. Awful food and even worse service. The next morning we left before 7AM two employees at the front desk, two in the restaurant, no one greeted us, no one offered any breakfast. Skip this hotel. For the prices you can do much better in Vienna.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was perfect to walk around to restaurants and attractions.

My 3rd time in Vienna and I think I'll be staying here going forward. The location was amazing, the room was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and it was an overall fantastic experience!

This property is ideally located and within walking distance to many of Vienna's cultural attractions. The property also provides ample extras in the room, including unlimited water, Nespresso, and a nice selection of wines provided in your room for no additional charge. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna.

Amazing location and service

Amenities especially in the room itself were excellent! Wine, mini bar, all included. It’s really the little things that make it great! The staff were top notch and very helpful. The only negative thing I would say is that some of the faster in the room is really outdated (the TV for example) it was difficult to operate. However, everything else to include the perfection location was superb! We will definitely rebook when we visit again!
