Staff and breakfast was good. Room was clean and big and with a good view. Very near to central Brussels.
At night, walking from Station (North) to hostel was a little scary as it’s near the red light area

There was a long delay at check in due to only one member of staff on reception.
Staff were very friendly but clearly under staffed.
The decor of the hotel looked very tired with heavily stained carpets and sofas.
the breakfast was very basic, a selection of cereals and cold meet and cheese. Whilst they had a pancake machine, this was not in use.

The staff were very pleasant; the common area was spacious and very welcoming with many seating options. I believe it was not the norm, but our room was not swept before checking in- there was dust and hair on the floors. An over sight possibly. The bedding and bathroom were clean. This is an older hotel/ made hostel/ and provides affordable stays/ so keep that in mind when you think about hotel room decor and hall way carpets. Overall/ we enjoyed our stay.

Está ubicado muy cerca de la estación norte de tren y también de FlixBus, el personal muy amable, solo una vez las llaves se desprogramaron y tuvimos que ir a recepción a resetearlas y solo había una persona y mucha fila para atender . El desayuno está muy simple para lo que cuesta.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed
at, and it is in no way worth the price. From the moment of check-in, the
experience was extremely disappointing. We are a family of four, and after a continuous 10-hour drive, being required to complete forms via barcode was unnecessarily exhausting and completely inconvenient. The room was spacious, but the beds were placed so close together that the setup felt unacceptable. The hotel was
exceptionally dirty. The room contained only bath towels and no other amenities.
There were no additional facilities or services, and the furniture was extremely old, worn, and heavily soiled. The bedding had a foul smell, and there were no appliances at all, such as a kettle, coffee machine, or iron. The floor was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The breakfast was very poor and extremely limited. The lobby smelled strongly of cannabis smoke and was completely unclean. I am deeply disappointed and regret my decision. The photos are entirely misleading and bear no resemblance to the actual condition of the hotel. It was a serious mistake not to check the hotel's Google reviews before hand.

Rummet vi fick var ostädat, vi gick till receptionen och fick ett nytt rum, där receptionisten sa att det saknades en golvhandduk som vi fick med oss. Det nya rummet hade hårstrån på sängen och på golvet i badrummet (på flera ställen), skrivbordet kaffefläckar allmänt ofräscha golv. Vi klagade igen och receptionisten gav oss var sin dryck och sopade golvet och torkade ytorna. Vi ville helst byta hotell men det gick inte tyvärr. Senare på kvällen gick vi tillbaka och bad om att bli kompenserade. Då erbjöd receptionisten motvilligt på fri frukost, vilket vi givetvis tackade för. Frukosten var inte så bra. På rummet fanns inte någon handtvål (schampo och balsam förstår jag om de inte erbjöd, men handtvål är väl ett minimum?) Inget info om att man behövde betala parkering vid receptionen vilket ledde till att flera fick ställa sig knäppt och gå upp till rep igen. Stod en ensam tjej som var ny i receptionen vilket ledde till lång kö. Blev rekommenderad att inte gå själv på kvällen som kvinna, fick ta taxi hem på kvällen pga utsatt område. Hade kunnat vara bra om saker ändrades och gjordes på rätt samt tydligare sett.

Mycket bra ställe, rekommenderar verkligen. Personalen var hjälpsam och stressade inte trotts att kön till incheckningen var lång. Rummet var rent och fräscht och detsamma med badrummet. Frukosten hade det man behövde men lite lite för priset man fick betala. Kommer definitivt att bo här igen🤗

Camera pulita, spaziosa e comoda, ma la pulizia non è automatica, , va richiesta e non ci sono i condizionatori ma il ventilatore. Aria condizionata solo nella hall. Buona la colazione ma non usano cornetti o dolci , solo pancake. Personale multilingue, bar ben fornito con personale molto efficiente e cordiale. Buona la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla gare di nord o 1,5 km dal centro raggiungibile in 20 minuti a piedi.

Badet bar preg av å ikkje ha blitt vaska ordentleg, masse kalk i dusjkabinettet. Gardinene var revna, ei lyspære ved senga fungerte ikkje. Heile 2. etasjen som me sov i var veldig varm, sjølv om det IKKJE var hetebølgje og berre vanleg sommartemperatur. Inn- og utsjekk tok utruleg lang tid

Great except the loudness of the other guests. The staff were unable to ask the other guests to keep quiet. Except for that it was fine. But clearly accustomed to loud young school trips. Would not go back for this reason. Was only there because my hotel of choice was sold out.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
I arrived late at night with a valid, confirmed reservation, but the hotel refused to give me a room because they could not find my booking. Instead of taking responsibility or helping me find a solution, I was left stranded in the middle of the night.
I had to spend hours contacting customer support and eventually pay for another hotel out of my own pocket just to have somewhere to sleep.
A confirmed reservation should guarantee a room. This hotel completely failed to honor my booking and showed no professionalism or concern for its guests. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
