Excellent location just nearby the shopping mall and good restaurants all around. Good services with good facilities, e.g. bathing tube, skin care kit, etc. Lovely at all, highly recommended for staying.

房間整潔，地點好。剛好分到閣樓房，房型特別，唯獨關窗較麻煩。但酒店隔音一般，走廊跟隔壁聲音聽得一清二楚，頗為擾人

The room is not big but the service is perfect. A little far away from downtown.

網路速度非常好，很穩定又快，服合商務人士，離旅遊景點及火車站都很近，交通也方便，房間剛好，衛浴空間夠大。還有膠囊咖啡補充。

Interior design really nice, food in good presentation but not good taste.

Refurbishment for aroud 2 years in a old unit. If you do not like commerical hotel, this can offer you a unique stay of experience. Although no air-con, but they provide electric fan and varies window you can open to enjoy a neighbors old view, it makes you feel live close to the locals. It's very peaceful in our staying and the staff are very helpful. The location is also convention to visit varies sightseeing. We stayed in a duplex, although the stairs was slightly narrow and not so comfortable to walk, but that's the special of this hotel. Be a part of the brussel old living style.

早餐環境及餐點都很好，房間及備品都很高級，地點也非常方便

飯店的位置真是超棒的！離比利時大廣場只有幾分鐘的路程。飯店感覺非常的溫馨，服務人員也相當的客氣，感覺上物超所值，下次還會來住這家飯店。

闹市中心的舒适酒店、整洁清爽、服务好！

My honest rating would be about a 3.5 but that's not an option. Room small but fine, except for the water we had all over the floor after every shower, with no way to drain it. Only way to control it was with lots of towels. Wanted an extra blanket, but the first person I asked couldn't find one. It wasn't until about night five that I was able to get one from a staff member. Staff was professional, just not super informative. Breakfast is just okay. Same thing every morning, which I did eat out of convenience. Nothing special or cooked, just a bunch of cold stuff. Coffee was good. Best thing by far is the location. Five star location. If that's what you're after you'll be okay with everything else.

The staff was friendly and guided us with questions. The room was clean and had a nice bed. Only Downside was that there was no light in the room other then two very small wall lamps by the bed…but no big deal. The location is exceptionally great as it is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, shops, and very near a train station.

Hermosa habitación, mi familia y yo nos quedamos en la habitación que es tipo departamento y la localización es muy buena si quieres explorar el centro de la ciudad.

Tres bel emplacements, vue sur la galeries des arts, Jolie chambre avec un beau parquet en bois ancien, jolie salle de bain.. J'ai bcp aimé, d'autant que c'était tres calme.

ベッドが柔らか過ぎず、硬過ぎず快適。お湯の圧力、温度調整が安定していてストレスがありません。フロントスタッフの方は笑顔が素晴らしく、フレンドリーで感じが良い。朝食も満足です。清掃が行き届いてました。 買い物や食事、観光、駅までのアクセスが抜群に良いです。2度目の利用ですが、ブリュッセルに行く際は、また利用したいと思います。

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre (22) spacieuse et salle de bain lumineuse. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits dans le cadre d’un w.end en couple et nous recommanderons cet hôtel à notre entourage.
