La ubicación está perfecta, todo queda muy cerca. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno es muy repetitivo pero está rico, en general es muy buena opción en calidad precio

We chose Windsor Copa for the remaining days of our trip, and it proved to be a very solid choice. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and amenities nearby. Its location also makes it easy to explore, with both Ipanema and Leblon beaches within walking distance. The hotel itself is well maintained, and the staff were consistently professional and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a particularly great shower, always appreciated after a long day out. We stayed on the 11th floor and enjoyed a lovely view of the surrounding mountains, which added a nice touch to the experience. While the rooms are perfectly functional and clean, they could benefit from some updates, particularly in terms of furniture and overall design, to better match the more modern feel of the lobby and common areas. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Windsor Copa for its location, cleanliness, and welcoming service.

We've stayed at this hotel for the 23rd time, this time for 16 nights. Fantastic as always. The staff, led by Front Desk Supervisor Mr Leonardo, deserve special praise.
